Best Kratom shop around (they have other offerings as well such a Kava but that's not why I go). Friendly service with folks that are always welcoming and know what they are talking about. I’ve been going to Kiody for years, they have been great to work with, the Kratom is great, and Shawn and Corey are awesome people and extremely knowledgeable about their products! I love their holistic approach towards addiction. If you’re looking for a place to buy kratom or other natural remedies, Kiody is definitely the place to go.

I have been purchasing from Kiody Kratom for the last several years and having tried many different brands for at least the last 10 or so years I can without a doubt state that Kiody's quality is the best I've found. Not only are their many products simply great quality, but their prices are exceptional and they've got in-store points programs and discounts that can be utilized!
What is also really important to me is the integrity of the seller. The shop is owned by good, honest people and it's run day-to-day by both the owners and a handful of patient, knowledgeable, down to earth folks that greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Instead of trying to sell you anything and everything, they inquire as to what people need, listen intently, and then outline what they have that might help. There are plenty of places that make you feel as though you're not part of the "clique" when you walk in but at Kiody Kratom, it always feels like one big family and I'm glad to be a part of it.

Since I first moved back up here to the Springs, I started going to Kiody for my kratom. Conveniently, I lived right by their shop. I was trying other stores. But none of them matched up with prices and quality. Met Shawn and Corey, good folk. Its been our only store we go to, for years now. Highly recommended

This is my first experience with Kratom and Kiody. And both were very positive.
I will get to the effects of the K. in a moment. First, I want to say how great the people at the store were. And I mean they were above and beyond simple customer service.
When I first came in yesterday, I was really in a bad state. Anxiety ridden about switching away from pharmaceutical that I had been on. And also high anxiety from that med itself; (Trazodone.)
I really should have gotten the names of the parties that helped me. They deserve the recognition.
At any rate, they both were not only incredibly helpful, but genuinely compassionate. I explained to them that I had been on prescribed meds for a long time, and then had to switch to using THC, because of health problems I had had. And, that in time even the THC started causing me problems. So, I was not only suffering from my usual sleep deprivation and anxiety issues, but also mental withdrawal from the THC.
Both of them talked with me in depth. One of the persons said that he had gone through something very similar; using THC for a long time, before realizing he had to quit.
They both walked me through dosages, colors, etc. They also worked hard to get me a discounted rate. And then told me that if I wasn't getting a positive result, I could bring it back in for a full refund.
I felt so comforted by this. This wasn't just good salesmanship and customer service. There was real empathy.

As to the K. itself, I took the recommended dosage for relaxation when I got home. At first when I began to feel better, I wasn't sure if it was just the placebo effect. But as I followed the course they recommended, it became evident that it was working.
Finally,I took a larger dosage before bed, and slept well. It wasn't a full 8 hours, but I suspect I will get there after I have been using it consistently.
This whole thing was an amazing experience for me. I was so despondent when I went into the store. Now, though I know there is still a lot of work to be done, insofar as making the right adjustments on dosage, etc., I have real hope.

You would be hard pressed to find any storefront on earth who’s owners are as passionate about their goods and services as Corey and Shawn! They really put in the extra mile to make sure every customer is treated and informed about the wonders of kratom; their product is well tested and more than a cut above anywhere else you could find this half of the hemisphere!

I used to order my Kratom online, but since finding this place, it is the only place I will get my Kratom from. The quality is probably the best I’ve ever had, and the owners and employees both genuinely care about the well-being of their customers. I can’t recommend this place enough, they’re genuinely one of the best places you can go to.

I had an accident a long time ago where I became disabled. Soon after my accident I was supposed to have several surgical procedures done. I was on medicine for around 10 years along with drinking because I had to lay in bed for almost a year. My friends at kiody introduced me to kratom and kava I must say, I haven't felt this good in years, not only did the products help me with my problems, I quit drinking as well as haven't had my surgeries. Shawn and Corey are very knowledgeable about their products, they are two wonderful guys doing good work helping many people... love you guys and thank you. Must try this place out, the owner Cody is such a great dude! Have been going to this store for the past 3-4 months. The selection they have to offer has helped me with my pain from a motorcycle wreck that happened a year ago. Definitely recommend this place! The staff knows there inventory & can help you find what helps you!

Kratom saved my life! I was on prescription pain meds for 8-9 yrs, taking 300mg of ER Morphin a day. Decided I wanted off, stared stepping my mg's down, and got put on suboxone straps. First (2) 8mg -2mg a day then (2) 4mg-2mg, for 5 yrs. I found Cory & Shawn's, Kratom store, and wow! I've been of suboxone for 5 months now! They have the best quality Kratom hands down! Their chocolate bats are great, their gummies are amazing, and their extracts, WOW! With Cory & Shawn's Kratom, I truly believe I'd still be on the Subs!
