Gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for (work shoes with a wide toe box). He brought out two pairs of shoes and I ended up buying the second pair because they felt so comfortable!! Wonderful experience!!

This is the best shoe store. I’ve never received the help that they offered at another store before. I have a neuromuscular disease that makes it incredibly hard to find shoes i can wear. They were able to find me a shoe right away and even built me a special wedge insert. Such wonderful service. I will definitely be back.

Ryan was a great help to me a few weeks ago. I was in need of some new shoes as I’m recovering from ankle surgery, and he was helpful with identifying different options for my needs. After picking out a pair of Hokas, he ordered them online to be shipped to the store (since they only had black in stock and I wanted white). Ryan was very communicative with me and ensured they arrived before a trip out of town, where I really needed good support shoes! He also held the shoes for a friend to pick up since I worked until they closed! Great shop, great service, loved shopping local! Thanks Ryan!

Always friendly service and nearly always have what I want or need. Pricey shoes (prices set by manufacturers) but they're what you need if you want comfortable and supportive shoes to relieve any foot pain.

I went in looking for comfortable work shoes. They had, by far, the best collection of dansko nursing shoes I have seen. They also had a good selection of other shoes. The staff member I dealt with greeted me as soon as I came in the door and assisted me to find the perfect pair of shoes. They also give a discount for work shoes. I will be returning to Browns shoe fit co for future purchases.

I have been coming here for a few years now, so it's about time I leave a review! I was first referred here by my acupuncturist when I was suffering from terrible plantar fasciitis. She said I needed better shoes. I came here and immediately found some great shoes ---but they were very expensive! I left telling myself if I didn't have pain relief that I would take the shoes back! Well, three years later and I buy all of my shoes here! Not only is my plantar fasciitis healed but I am able to wear heels, flip flops, and slippers (with great style and comfort). It's worth every single penny. I also love the staff who are incredibly accommodating when I bring my kids with me. They entertained the three of them while I try on shoes. I'd give Brown's 10 stars if I could. Well done!

Went today to try on shoes and the staff was so kind and patient with all of my questions. I had my kids and they were incredible with them as well. They had a great selection of walking shoes and a place we will definitely go back to thanks to the service!

I just had an amazing customer experience here. Thank you Dan! I received a pair of shoes from Browns as a gift. After a few months they had a manufacturing defect. No fault of Browns. Dan helped me return them with no problem and ordered me a new pair. Thank you.

We stop into Brown's about 4 times a year. It's a great experience every time. Dan is the Man! He is great with kids, knows a ton about body mechanics and how they interact with shoes-which they have an amazing selection of...boots, sandals, hikers...you won't be disappointed. I popped I one morning, told the wonderful gentleman what I did for a living and where I was hurting and he immediately knew the right shoe for me! It was a wonderful easy experience I LOVE My new shoes and will definitely be back come spring when it's time for hiking boots!

This is the only shoe store I frequent in Colorado Springs. I have to wear high quality shoes or my feet hurt. The shoes carried here are excellent and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Its definitely worth the trip downtown.
