Super nice store with very experienced owners. Helped my wife solve her foot problems on the first visit. She was so happy to get shoes that were so comfortable and easy to walk in without pain. These guys help you with all the areas that hurt. If you are hurting, give them a try. You will be glad you did.

We have been to Valentine shoes many times. We believe they are by far the best shoe store in the business. Always kind, they offer a personal touch. The shoe quality is top of the line. Fit and comfort are always considered with unsolicited staff help!

So my mom had gone to a discount store multiple times to get a pair of shoes - only to return them later. So I Googled "best shoe store in Colorado Springs" and this charming place popped up. Amy was super sweet and helpful and got my mom all fixed up with some comfy shoes. It's nice to see in this world of massive store chains an independent place like this.

My husband and I were glad we went here. We received such personalized service and my husband was able to find two pairs of shoes that gave the pain from his hammer toes relief. There’s nothing like having someone who knows their shoes to assist you in selecting the right shoes!

If you have foot pain come here. Established business that has comorted the sole for years. Owner is a licensed pediatrist that excels at getting the best equipment for your feet. Large selection of confrotable shoes. Store is clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Military discount offered here. Will definetly come back again to confort my poor feet.

I came into the store close to closing, traumatized from my dr appointment with a new brace that was a complete surprise to me. I was fighting tears. Amy is so spectacular, she is so sweet and explains so many things that the dr did not. Almost instantly I felt like the world wasn’t ending because of this brace. She showed me some options that might work and got Shawn involved. He further me to feel better. We tried a few shoes that might have worked but he felt that I should shop around for the perfect shoe for me. He gave me a recommendation to go somewhere else. This was amazing to me that they actually care about their customers, even if they are not buying shoes from them. That is a huge gesture in my book. I left feeling like there is hope in finding a happy medium with the brace and the shoe.

My daughter (11 years old) had the best experience with Amy at Valentine's Comfort shoes. She was heard and listened to while getting her evaluation. It is stressful finding appropriate footware for a young lady with sensory issues and wide feet. Amy exceeded every expectation and the shoes and inserts we left with were exactly what she needed.

In my 84 years of life, I have never had such courteous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable help with purchasing new shoes than I experienced at Valentine Comfort Shoes. Shawn was very wise in diagnosing my foot problems and figuring out what would be helpful in alleviating the problems. I watched him and his wife patiently wait on other customers with care and a desire to fit them with comfortable well made shoes. When one pair of shoes did not work for me he kindly exchanged them. They take the time to fit you into the right shoe. They listen to your concerns and make adjustments as needed. They're always so welcoming and it has become my go-to place for shoes. Because they give such care you may have to wait a few minutes while they help other customers, but it is worth the experience.

I went here for the 1st time today and I was blown away! The owners were so kind and helpful. Amy found me just the right runners I needed for my feet and where they didn't fit quite right or needed extra support, she added it separately, several times! I never knew a place could do that! I've never had the exemplary shoe service anywhere else. This was above & beyond! My shoes fit perfect and I have 1 difficult foot with many issues so she customized each shoe.

Looking for walking shoes for wife for a month, in on line and in person shoe shops with no results. Had at least three recommendations for Valentines shoes so tried them this afternoon. Shawn measured wife’s feet invested at least 45 minutes and nine different styles and types of shoes on her, till at last “the perfect fit”!! I once more have a happy wife and a new friend in the shoe business. What a blessed afternoon. jbc

The customer service is impeccable and their product follows their knowledge. I have very flat feet and work on them as a bartender many days a week. I’ve been having problems with my feet hurting even worse lately and I’m only 28. I went in, knowing it was a shot in the dark. But because of the reviews I came in, and Shawn fixed me right up. It’s him and his wife that run the store (I’m all about local), and you truly get the family feel. He really watched how I walked around the store and studied my walk, told me what I could possibly do to correct it. He personally made inserts for my shoes underneath my soles and 2 weeks later my feet are already feeling better. I’ll be coming back. Thank you so much ☺

Shawn, the owner, was extremely knowledgable and helpful, as was his wife. Great people! What I really appreciated the most was their integrity. I was involved in a bad auto accident and have had edema in the bone marrow in my (inside/medial) ankle as a result of this. Shawn told me outright not to get certain shoes and which ones would be best, given my particular situation. His advice was invaluable and after purchasing the shoes he recommended, they helped me immensely! I have referred so many people to them, as a result of this. Basically, they just love people very well. I prefer supporting local businesses, given the option. This is a couple that you can unquestionably get behind! They will take impeccable care of you and your feet.

My daughter has high arches, bunions and extra wide feet. She needed comfortable shoes to accommodate all her needs as she's on her feet for hours and needs shoes that offer support so she can do her job. Valentine's has provided just that and we're quite grateful. Now my daughter has comfortable shoes and her feet and legs aren't killing her by the time she gets home from work. It’s been 4 years since I visited this store, but their service was so amazing I’m looking them up again in hopes of ordering from Tennessee. They took so much care to make sure my insoles fit correctly and what they created allowed me to hike in so much more comfort. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic, personalized service. I only shop there about once every 6 months, and they remember me. They keep a file for every customer. They know my feet, and they customize arch supports for all of my shoes. Very high quality shoe selection, but obviously reflected in the prices. 90% of the shoes that I own come from Valentines.

This was the best shoe store experience I have ever had. Shawn truly has a heart to serve and his goal is to make sure you have shoes that fit you comfortably.
