Thank you, Nathan! He goes above and beyond every time I go in. Whether I need a different size from an online order or I am exchanging something, he has been professional and helpful every time. I shop with this company because of his treatment towards me and the customer service he displays in the store.

Yesterday I came in to Finish Line and have a pleasurable experience. Mark, along with his evening staff were very accommodating. His teammates ensured my return was successfully proccessed and I was able to re order the items I returned. His teammates were expedient with giving me sizes in the items I requested and above all, were friendly! Just goes to show, some young people in this generation are still taught how to be professional and provide adequate customer service.

Samantha helped me find my size and order a colorway that was available online but not in the store. She handled the order faster than I could have at home, and the shoes arrived a few days later. I couldn't be happier! I appreciate that Finish Line has a local store with a huge variety where we can try until we find the one that fits the best.

I went into Foot Locker and the girl in the store was texting on her phone and didn’t speak. I left the store. I then went into Finish Line where Hector greeted me with me a smile. He got the shoes for us. Meanwhile another associate Kenneth asked us if we needed any help. EVERYONE in this store made us feel welcomed including the manager, Brett. We spent our hard earned monet at this store because they provided excellent customer service. I will be back.

Basketball shoe selection was fairly good today considering it's not basketball season yet. This is the store where I shop the most for athletic shoes. The guy helping us today was great- brought out all the shoes and sizes we needed. Shoes are pricey, but that's nike's fault.
