CVS

This CVS has been my primary pharmacy for about a year and a half. Working with this particular pharmacy, has been frustrating to say the least. But I noticed a change in the last few months, the team is stepping up to the plate, I’m see more staff during busy times, my prescriptions are being filled faster and I felt seen as a person with needs during my last few visits. No one is perfect but when efforts are made to be better it illuminates character. It’s lovely to see the team of this CVS do what it takes to care for their community.

Staff is great but severely overworked and needs more help. 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy assistant results in 20+ people waiting in line to pick up scripts and the phone never being answered. Other employees totally ignore the line of customers. Corporate needs to get off their backsides and work on getting and retaining more pharmacy staff.

We have always had good experiences with CVS, and are new to this location. So far we have not been disappointed.

The girl in the pharmacy who has blond hair with red and gold glasses did an awesome job today. She completely changed my mood from grumpy to insanely happy. This is my new pharmacy as long as she is there. Thanks

Pharmacy staff have exemplary customer service skills. They really do care about your health! Just transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy quick and easy with a 2 minute phone call. No problems.

Regularly use the drive thru for med pick up and script drop off when need. If I ever have a question and call, I'm typically talking to a live person in the pharmacy in less than a minute. Everyone is always polite and very helpful and willing to go out of their way.

I recently discovered a CVS for the first time in Colorado. It was bright and well organized. The clerk invited me to join their discount plan and I was able to save money right away.

Julia was amazing! She went above and beyond and was so personable and friendly. This was our first interaction with CVS pharmacy and because of her we are all going to switch our precriptions over. She is amazing and asset to your company!

This Pharmacy is awesome! I've moved all my prescriptions here. They are very helpful, courteous, and fast! I waited over 3 weeks for walgreens to fill a certain script so I took it to CVS and they had it the next day. With my others scripts, CVS has it within 15 - 30 mins. I love their service!

To the rude lady behind me who sarcastically thanked the cashier for NOT telling you that there was a self checkout, because you were in a hurry: screw you. It's your job to look. People wait for the cashier for behind the counter items. It's people like you driving hard working humans out of the service and customer service industries. I hope your card got declined and you were unacceptably late to wherever you were headed and um, you burn your dinner. Also, the cashier took your "thanks" with grace you didn't deserve at her pay scale. Kudos to her.

Got my booster & it was the first of the 3 that didn’t make me faint! I’m new in & town was nervous about not going to my doctor, but Joel at the pharmacy is a rockstar. Definitely would recommend getting your vaccines here :)

I switched from Walgreens on Chelton to here and I love it. No long wait times and everyone is so nice. Also I never have issues with my insurance. Walgreens always has a delay and randomly cancels my orders. Love this place.

Pharmacy staff is super professional and willing to help. Called me before I headed over when they were out of my prescription and let me know when it would be available. Always seem to go the extra mile for me.

I came through the pharmacy drive through tonight,11/27 after quite a rough day with my girlfriend, who had just gotten out of the hospital. I was promptly greeted by Jess who went above and beyond to help us. After getting her prescription ready, quicker than I could get up my Good Rx coupon, she noticed my girlfriend feeling ill in the passenger seat and offered to go get a Gatorade, which is actually exactly what she likes after feeling nasueated. I then mentioned I make popsicles out of the Gatorade, and she once again offered to go get us some pedialyte popsicles (amazing for when you're sick btw!) Overall a very quick and pleasant visit, Jess was amazing, thanks!

Amazingly efficient service customer service superb quick and precise. Don’t go to Walgreens go here instead. Prescription called in next day available drive-through one car less than two minute wait versus two hours plus wait +5 day ordeal at Walgreens

Sam, one of the pharmacy techs, a literal angel. 13 phone calls trying to get my insurance to cover a prescription and getting nowhere, 5 minutes later sam has figured it out and managed to get it filled and covered at no cost, I’ve spent nearly a week trying to sort this and she made it possible by taking the time to ask the right questions!

I took my daughter to get a Covid vaccine. Joel at the pharmacy was absolutely amazing! My daughter hates getting shots. He talked her thru it and made it go so smoothly. He really made our day!

Needed a battery for my friends car fob. Isaac want above and beyond for us! Thank you, thank you! Isaac was awesome!

The staff here (especially in the pharmacy) are really kind and caring, I needed gloves for my employees and they let me buy more than one box 😊 I also sent all of my prescriptions here, and they’re really fast and easy, typically as soon as the prescriptions are sent I get a text or call saying they’re ready to be picked up!

I am pleased with the care the pharmacist takes in addressing concerns and issues for people on Medicade. It is wonderful they also print how.many times.a.day of dosing to.take on bottle.
