Thank you Matt, Senior Manager for being patient with me and understanding my situation. Personally, I was going through a lot and Matt handled all of my issues in a timely fashion, he stayed calm, and got me in and out in a flash. It wasn’t just the customer service that stood out to me, it was him just understanding that we all go through things and the last thing we should be worried about is our phones giving us trouble. Matt I just want to thank you for being a wonderful, wonderful manager!! If anyone needs help on customer service you’d be the FIRST person I would recommend. Also, to all the staff, and even security! Everyone there really made my situation so much easier to handle and for that I would recommend Apple Cherry Creek to my family and friends. Matt, bless you and I pray that you continue to be the amazing manager that we all including, myself inspire to be. Thank you Apple Cherry Creek!!

The Apple Cherry Creek store has outstanding employees who always provide superb assistance. Today I received FANTASTIC help from Gabe, a Technician, and Julian Cabrera in Sales. Julian spent a great deal of time with me regarding my new IPhone and he was incredibly knowledgeable on a wide range of important tech issues. I’m so grateful that Apple Cherry Creek Store’s wonderful manager Nico hires fabulous staff who are 100% dedicated to providing superior customer support!

I'd like to shout out Matt (manager) at this store for helping me when I needed a screen repaired, and fast, due to upcoming travel. He was incredibly professional, kind and helped me get my computer back in time for my work conference. Thank you Matt, you're a saint.

And to note - this store is the most calming and beautiful Apple store I've ever been to. The huge windows and trees are really wonderful.

I came in with an absolutely abolished 11 hoping to get a replacement with all my stuff on the new phone. I think the dude’s name who helped me was either Brian or Ryan but he was super nice. I didn’t feel like I was being nagged to buy the newest thing since I said I was on a budget, which I super appreciate bc we all know the newer phones do like the exact same thing as older generations let’s be real. Mr brianryan assisted me w some minor road blocks and had me a new, backed up, working phone in maybe like 20 minutes. Love that man

Andrew, the Technical Expert, was great to work with. Very hospitable and a true Apple expert. He solved all my issues and answered every single question I had with confidence and respect. He was quick with his work while being thorough and detailed.

I recently had a great experience at this store! Not sure I understand why people are rating 1 star. Booking an appointment in advance was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff accommodated my early arrival to fix the broken camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Despite the limitation that they could only swap out parts for iPhone 14 and newer, the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. While I couldn't get my issue fixed without spending a substantial amount, their customer service made the overall experience positive.

Man was I impressed.. I expected my experience to be much different than it really was the service was quick and really simple I was in and out in 15 minutes. My air pods got replaced after speaking with the technician and him running some test on the device and he came back out with some new ones . Will definitely continue to purchase Apple products.

Brittany was amazing, immediately came up to me when I came in the store and was very informative and helpful in troubleshooting my iPod classic. Currently sitting at one of the troubleshooting tables to see if my iPod will hold a charge as it’s been 13 years and normally I would feel ready to go but I really appreciate the help finding the charger. Cant imagine a better Apple tech than Brittany.

They have always done anything I have needed. Walked in was able to make a purchase. They did a great job although i wasn't sure if the people who greeted me at the door were customers or employees until they asked if I had been helped which I didn't. But then immediately had me taken care of.

This is a same- day review. My phone 📱 would not turn on this morning, and I was able to schedule a noon appointment at the genius bar. Lael, was super helpful in restoring my phone!!! I was checked in promptly, and the whole experience took a total of 30 minutes. Great service!

We recently went to cherry creek mall to buy a new Iphone and had a great experience. To start off, The service was amazing, it was busy but the staff still made sure everyone around the store was helped out. Angie was the worker who helped us set up our Iphones, she was extremely kind very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Angie and the rest of Apple staff.

Andrew at the Apple Store was great, my iPhone was broken and he was able to guide me through the process of replacing it with warranty very quickly even though it was only 30 minutes until they closed. I can tell he is a true professional!

I have been a Apple customer for about 10+ years now and my MacBook is over 10 years old. I was having issues with some technical problems on my MacBook Shawn helped me get the multiple issues fixed. It took about 1.5 hrs to get my all my issues cleared up but Shawn was very helpful and was not in a hurry. He did attend to other appointments while I waited for my computer to complete backups, however it is really nice that they will still help me with my issues for free. My MacBook was not backing up due to unusual errors and there was an old portion on the hard drive that I was unable to delete due to unusual errors they helped me fix it all at no cost. As for the 10+ years I have owned my 2013 Mac book Pro it has needed 1 stand alone battery replacements $200, two chargers $70 each, one mag safe charging port replacement $100, and one complete rebuild including screen, keyboard, 2nd battery, and some other components $400. Thats about $850 so an average $85 each year. I put average about 4 hours everyday on my MacBook over 10 years that's 14,000 hours this MacBook. For the amount of time I used this MacBook it has preformed very well and been very reliable.

I was helped today by an associate by the name of Bryan and a manger named Toya. My experience with the both of them was absolutely phenomenal. They answered all my questions, made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I’ve always enjoyed using Apple for any tech needs due to the amazing customer service I get everytime no matter what. I will forever be using Apple for any phone or tech needs. Thank you again Bryan and Toya!

Lael was great at helping me getting a replacement for my AirPod! He is very nice! Great service and it was really fast!

Came in for a battery replacement for my iPhone, was in and out with in an hour or so.
Good Apple store… nothing to add.

Sarai could not have been nicer or cooler. She is super knowledgeable but talks to you like a normal person.

Jeremy and Javeed were able to help me figure out multiple issues and do it in a prompt manner. Definitely recommend them when you stop by the store.

I’ve always had good luck coming into this Apple Store! I came in expecting to buy a new phone since mine was broken, however an associate (wish I got his name) let me know that it could be fixed at the fraction of the cost. I was booked in for an appointment on the spot and my phone was fixed within a little over an hour. While waiting Mickey and this other guy (wish I also got his name) helped me with iPads and I ended up grabbing one! Mickey was awesome and so was the person fixing my phone and the other guy! Great staff that know how to sell without being pushy and help you get set up with what you need. I look forward to my new iPad and a working phone!!!
