Big Lots

The folks at the Big Lots are really terrific. They are always helpful and friendly, even when they are slammed!

It's the experience you expect from a Big Lots. I went looking for furniture and they had a good selection with good prices. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I'd come back the next time I was in the market.

This store is really nice. Always a place I go to. Good sales and deals. Been here since I was a kid. Have not seen them sell video games in a long time though. That's one of the biggest reasons I go.

Very nice team members. I can usually find what I need and something extra.

The manager, Sterling, & staff are all super nice, professional and helpful. I think there is another manager who's an older guy but I haven't really dealt with him. Sterling works extremely hard. Every time we go here, he's always moving around doing something & yet stays very nice through it all.

Definitely like Big Lots. I’ve been shopping at Pick N Save since day one. Not at this store but at other stores. The people here are very courteous willing to help. They carry a big variety of every day items, food, and surprisingly, they have furniture that’s good quality. I will be returning very soon. Thanks guys. 🙏🏻👍🏻

Clean and organized. The staff are always ready to help and theres never a line at the check out, the cashier's are fast and so sweet. I love coming here.

The Big Lots stores are not in the areas of my most frequent travels. So let me say this. When I do shop there, I'm always excited, & impressed with the merchandise that are displayed. Wish there were more stores available.

The men in the furniture department (Robby and Sterling) were so wonderful and helpful! We didn’t have a big enough vehicle so they took apart a display for us and delivered it to our home the same day. I could not praise them enough! Wonderful customer service.

I wish everybody was as helpful as Robby was. Went in looking for a couch and had a wonderful shopping experience. I’ve never been into a big lots until then, but the effect Robby had on me was unbelievable. Amazing customer service, can’t thank you enough!

Olivia (I think that was her name) is the best associate I have ever interacted with. Like ever. Not just at Big Lots, but in general. She is kind and personable and I hope her management team knows what a gem they have.

If you want Progresso soups, they are $1 or more less expensive here than your local grocery store, not outdated either. Sales associates are really nice and helpful.

No changes, great place to shop for main li e brands at reasonable prices.

Great prices and always a friendly staff. It seems that they have most things you are looking for. Nothing is really overpriced, but all items can meet your needs. If you are looking for decor, some electronics, tools, cleaning supplies, some undergarments, kitchen items, non-perishable items, or a Batman Watch, they may have what you are looking for. They do not have much for art supplies, but with the list of items they do have, you won't be disappointed. Also, pricing is more than reasonable. This is always our go to place when we have no idea what we want or need!

An employee named Brian went above and beyond in customer service and I will never forget his kindness. Is never been to that store before but will definitely go back. Brian definitely deserves a raise

It's a Big Lots. Haha... they have lots... really it's a very nice clean store with many items you probably need at a good price. I like to go in and browse because you never know what weekly deal they might be having. Very good parking and in a safe, inviting neighborhood. Never any issues that I'm aware of. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely friendly too. Go have a look!

Came in the other day with my boyfriend and Josiah (I think his name was)helped us out. He was friendly and quick! Its nice to see people still giving the best possible service in these times.

Really clean, well-stocked, friendly and efficient staff. What more could one ask for? I get good deals here. Some items are half the price of grocery store prices.

I am a new member on the team I started last week and I am enjoying every minute of it. The customers are great and so are my co workers. By far the best place I have ever worked for and the greatest deals I've ever seen when I shop for food bath and furniture. I love my community BigLots!
