Great product, flawless, return, and warranty. I’ve been using auto box for years if they had one of the stores around the town that I lived in I would’ve been in there all the time for #Warranty and buy stuff. Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve had the little rubber flap that covers the power port to my iPhone had reply off. I walked in the store said look at I don’t know if you can do anything but here it is and she said, Yep we’re going to exchange that up for you. Give me a brand new case. She asked if I wanted my magnetized back back and took that off for me and gave it to me and said have a nice day and took down all my warranty information. Great job, OtterBox.

The best service everytime. I go in to warranty something with no haggle. I end up buying 2 more items. What a great sales strategy.

Drop+ is a scam, my Pixel 6 phone dropped from less than 4 feet and landed on a corner and shattered my screen. I was using the Symmetry Clear Case I bought on their store in Amazon. I am an IT Director and people listen to my recommendations. I've been using Otterbox for over 7 years on all my phones, my family's phones and have been recommending them to everyone I can. But that stops today. Your product description is misleading

This is a review about Otterbox Defender Pro for iPhone 12 Pro Max. On the front of the box it says Wireless charging compatible; It’s not. Here’s the response I got from their support: “We unfortunately do not test our cases with third party products (my charger) and can not guarantee that our wireless compatible cases will work with these items. All of our wireless chargers have been tested with our case and would highly recommend using for best performance. We apologize for any inconvenience and happy to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.” Basically, it’s a lie, the box says “Wireless charging compatible,” no asterisk with notes saying only compatible with their products! Just know, if you buy this like I did, it may not wireless charge.

Terrible products. I am so disappointed that these clowns bought Lifeproof. Last “waterproof” case I bought from them leaked like a sieve and customer service was absolutely useless and rude. I’ll be dead in the cold ground before I ever give these parasites another cent.

A $50.00 to $75.00 product that built like it should cost .75 cents! I’m constantly replacing these cheaply made Otterboxes at least once a month!
The slightest pressure on the case, and the damn clips break off.... Very disappointed with the shoddy design of these products...... And they have gotten worse over the years!

And unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be an alternative for my particular phone, if there was, I’d surely be using that something else!

"Lifeproof" and "lifetime warranty" is a joke! I bought one of those waterproof cases back in 2018. Within 18 months, the spring loaded door that covers the charging port (on my phone) broke off. It was begrudgingly replaced. It didn't last more than 18 months as well, but I put up with it as I wasn't near water with my phone. Now, one of the side buttons broke off, rendering the case completely useless. Looking at their "lifetime warranty" is NOT a lifetime - its maximum 5 years for 'LifeProof Softgoods Products'. Other LifeProof items are 1-2 years. What a joke!! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company!

Bought expensive on the Apple store. Big defect because glass with small recess and creation of a bubble of 0.5 cm in diameter. Impossible to correct 😡. Apple is not refunding! Serious error at the exit of the factory because there is no quality control. At this price I'm very angry 🤬

Factory defect with defender case holster for S21, retaining clip did not hold the case in place causing phone to drop breaking screen. Otterbox will not take care of phone damages from factory deficiencies! And an 18" drop shattered screen, so much for the drop test claims! Beware of this product

Purchased my ottorbox defender case today at walmart. Used case for 3 hours. Finished mowing the lawn came inside and realized my phone was gone. Searched the yard for the phone and clip. I still cant find the clip and found my phone on the ground with the camera lens broken. I never ran over it. It fell hit the ground and shattered the camera. Junk product, do not waste your money. I was using a cheap $10 walmart protector before that which was less bulky and protected the phone including the touch screen.

I bought a large order on 7/24/21. Today is 8/12/21 and I have not received the order. I have called customer service (waited for over 30 min to talk to a human)-- no help. I have checked the automated line several times-- waste of time. School already started and I had to buy another case for use while I wait for Otterbox to get their act together.

I use to recommend OtterBox to everyone with a device they wanted to protect. I stood by the product for many years; recommending OtterBox to anyone one who would listen. Not anymore...

The complete lack of customer service has soured me like spoiled milk. I noticed a problem with an order, the same day I placed the order. I though I could call the company and resolve the order issue for there in less then 5 minutes. Instead this has lasted over 11 days of email sent back and forth; my package being shipped to the wrong address; then receiving an item that was not even apart of my original order.

I have explained in many emails what the problem is; there has been no resolution. What would have been a 5 minuet phone call & 5 stars--instead, has resulted in below poor customer service & the damaging of the professional reputation.

Don't order any Otter product; as long as they are keeping the call center closed; no human will be available to assist you in a timely, efficient, or professional manner.

I will change the rating, if OtterBox corrects the complete foul up my order has become. I'd like to add an afterwards to turn the review around; thus far nothing from OtterBox.
