Went in to get butane and 2 lovely ladies were doing each others makeup and was able to quickly get me what i needed and back to what they were doing. Thats customer service at its finest. Highly recommend this shop and they have everything you need even some collectible POPS.

I suffer from anxiety. I called around 10 places today to get some information on CBD and anxiety because my friends have recommended I try it. I wasn’t getting anywhere with any place I called and I was about to give up.

I called Smoke Loud and Thomas answered the phone. He was very personable and knowledgeable in what I was looking for. He explained many options for me and helped me narrow it down to something I wanted that would help. I am SO impressed with his customer service and very thankful that he took the time out of his day to talk to me (for over 3 minutes). He listened to everything I had to say, every concern I had, and answered every question with so much enthusiasm.

Thomas listened to my needs and recommended the best products for it. So much more than I had gotten from the many places I’ve called today. Thank you so much Thomas! I am looking forward to trying this and hopefully curing my anxiety! If it works I promise I’ll be a life-long customer!
