My firm has had a long-standing relationship (over 30 years) with Anderson & Jahde and in my judgement, they are the very best when it comes to professional tax counseling and tax resolution matters. The principals in the firm, Steve Anderson & Brian Huebsch always have the client's best interest ahead of anything else and for this reason, I would never consider using another firm.

I give this firm my highest rating and recommendation for anyone with legal tax issues. Steve Anderson and Jerry Borison are exceptional Legal Professionals that know how to solve complex IRS tax issues in a timely and effective manner. Their knowledge is unmatched and their ability to craft real solutions in short order will help you sleep much better. Jerry explained his game plan for solving my case quickly and with the least amount of pain. He is a Legal Tax Rock Star! I previously worked with two other firms with very unsatisfactory results and huge fees then went on forever. Jerry Borison and the attorneys of Anderson & Jahde are the only ones I would trust to handle my legal tax work.

I believe that a business is only as good as its client facing staff. That is absolutely true for Anderson Jahde, and specifically for Brian Huebsch. After finding ourselves in the cross hairs of the IRS, we turned to Anderson Jahde and met Brian.

Our IRS issue began with an embezzling accountant in our business and ended with the Trust portion of payroll taxes that were never remitted, along with penalties and interest being attributed to us. We initially engaged an attorney (not specifically versed in dealing with the IRS). No real progress was made and ended with the IRS unilaterally terminating a payment agreement. It was at this point that we engaged Anderson Jahde.

One thing that I learned, and that I tell everyone who will listen, is that like Casino's in Vegas, the house and IRS wins in the end. Dealing with the IRS, and the resulting toll from intimidation, fear, concern, and anxiety is not something anyone should have to face. We had our bank accounts levied...the IRS has long arms. Our financial future hung in the balance.

From the first meeting in July 2013 with Anderson Jahde, Steven Anderson and specifically Brian, made us feel at ease. Brian explained the nature of what the IRS can do, and what they cannot do; what we can do and should not do. Brian was able to get the bank account levies removed, and successfully guided us through the offer in compromise process concluding in early 2018.

Brian's legal expertise, his experience in dealing with the IRS and their processes and the timing of the processes, combined with his calm and reassuring demeanor allowed us to go about our personal and professional lives with little worry (it never goes away) about the predicament that we were in.

I contacted Brian to discuss sales taxes for out of state sellers in Colorado. Brian is a subject matter expert and was extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Brian if you ever need a tax attorney in Colorado.

I called in to make an inquiry to understand if they could help with a family issue. After a couple of missed calls to this firm, I was able to directly connect with Steve Anderson, we connected for a brief call to discuss high level the issue. A few days later I received an invoice that had 2 line items I was being billed for that showed 2 calls with 2 different Attorneys. I called the firm to dispute oen of the line items as it was incorrect and they removed the charge for the line item in question. When I inquired about the remaining charge they indicated it was a fee for the consultation phone call. I was never told about being charged for a consultation. I reviewed their website and I was not able to find any notice that phone calls for consultations have a fee. As a potential client, if I signed or acknowledged the fee then it would be my responsibility to agree or decline the "paid" offer of a phone call. In a world of transparency, I would think that businesses can and should do better to ensure their potential clients have a better customer experience and if there is a charge, make sure the client understands so they can determine if they want to engage. #Let'sDoBetter
