Ace Hardware of Tamarac Square

I recently moved to the neighborhood. I needed some items for the move-in, and Ace Hardware was the perfect answer. Richard was very helpful and kind. He has helped me find exactly what I needed to complete a few projects more than once.
Everyone I have encountered in this store has been friendly and professional. I am happy to have found a local, well-stocked hardware store.

This is our Go-To hardware store. . My baby built that "house" out of boxes and tape. Picked out the color himself, painted it and everything. He asked me "Mom, can you take me to ACE Hardware?" Honestly my initial response was "WHAAAT do you need from ACE Hardware??" But he had a whole list of supplies and the vision to build this. I always encourage and support his creativity but this project is another level. The ingenuity of this surprised me. And his patience of having to wait a day until the paint dried to construct the roof and then again after painting the roof to decorate it, not to mention waiting on me to get through with my shifts at work to go back to the hardware store. He didn't complain one time 😊 There are billions of reasons my gives me to be a proud mama but this one has my heart soaring! The manager at ACE Hardware told him that his brother-in-law is named Christian, was doing similar projects as a child and now as an adult is an architect. He told him keep feeding that inspired creative passion. We went in time 3 for supplies. Last 2 times was for more paint. The manager and all the night employees remembered us and asked my son each time how was his house was coming along. The color is called Tango Red 😊

I was pleasantly happy coming into your store today I got a hose and nozzle, and had some questions about washing the car and the length of those but Josh was very helpful and immediately approach me and walk me to the section. Definitely recommend. A++++

I really LOVE Ace Hardware stores due to Ace Hardware’s major priority on giving customers old fashioned personal assistance. Ace Hardware’s great reputation for hiring extremely dedicated, very knowledgeable and helpful employees is certainly 100% justified.

This is my THIRD review about the FANTASTIC employees at Ace Hardware’s Denver Tamarac Drive store. This Ace Hardware location is definitely my “go to” store for home repair and hardware related items.

On August 26,2023, I received EXEMPLARY help from KYLE. KYLE was so happy to find the exact items I needed and Kyle’s coworkers made it clear that they would have been so happy to help me too.

A few months ago, I received TERRIFIC assistance from Nico. Nico cheerfully and easily found the item I needed and I’m very grateful for his help.

In August 2023, I received WONDERFUL assistance from Jordan. Jordan was so happy to show me exactly what I should buy to cover a corner of my garage dry wall that mice had discovered.

I’m always intimidated by home repair work and never know exactly what to buy without professional advice. Kyle, Jordan and Nico were extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patient and a pleasure to deal with. These three Ace employees’ TERRIFIC help made a BIG difference to me.

Overall, ACE is usually a bit more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. However, the service and staff at this place really make it a great place if you are looking for something fast and quick. I came in the other day looking for a replacement socket. While they didn't have what I was looking for. I was really impressed with the staff's ability to at least point me in the right direction and help me get what I needed.

I went in frustrated my project wasn’t coming out the way I needed it. Then I ran into Max! He was amazing! He helped me with everything I needed he took the time to show me what the best products were for my project & taught me a few things. I greatly appreciate Max’s help yesterday he was awesome! Btw my project came out great!

This store has just about everything you need at decent prices!

As we entered for the first time we were greeted immediately welcoming us to the store. Something you become accustomed to if you've visited this location. Just after that one of the store attendees asked if we were looking for something particular. Which we were, he found what we needed in a matter of minutes and insured it was the right product with his supervisor since it appeared to have been updated. Unlike the big box stores (I'm looking at you Walmart! ) they haven't forgotten about the customer service experience.

Not A Great Selection of Plants and Flowers Available... Paint Section was on Point Thomas was Very Helpful 👍🏾... Pat on the Other Hand was Very Rude & Needs More Training She is the 1st Person You see Upon Entry into the store and Should Know what is Sold in the Store & Shouldn't Think Every Black Person Is Trying to Steal Something 🤦🏽‍♀

So I have to come here at least once a day for something we're working on Every time I come here reminds me of the old school hardware stores. Where you got guys working there that know what the h*** they're talking about The girls run in the registers are super friendly. Always got jokes and it's just a great place to go And nine times out of ten they always got what i'm looking for

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so nice and just help you like family, you truly feel welcome. But today was especially awesome. I was by Home Depot on Arapahoe and went to get keys made. They looked at it and said "that type of key can't be made" ... so went to Lowes across the street and their machine I guess is "always broken" ... I live next to this Ace and totally forgot that they make keys! Brought my key in along with the ones I purchased and they had it done in minutes and for only $1 a piece. The two guys who work back there were fantastic! Along with the two ladies upfront. I just had the best experience. Thank you guys for once again doing something that Home Depot and Lowes both fail to do.

Visited Tamarac Square Ace hardware to purchase fruit cake for a special neighbor.

The Sales Staff are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They almost can read your mind as to what you need if you are having a hard time describing it. And as an older woman I feel VERY comfortable going in for anything from remodeling needs to a new humming bird feeder for my 92 yr old Dad.

Friendly staff and very helpful when you ask. And they don’t mind if you come back an hour later because you forgot one more thing. 😃

Always easy to find what I need

I've been to this location more times than I can count.

They have a very nice staff, eager to help, polite, professional, and they seem to actually care about helping me get projects done. Everyone from the floor staff to the cashiers have a smile and genuinely seem to care, which is always nice.

Good selection of overall hardware products for most projects. Some of their items are a bit pricier, but not a crazy rip-off or anything by any means. Just go elsewhere for some items, not a big deal.

Good location.

This is my go-to Ace location, despite it not being the closest compared to other Ace and big box locations. The ownership here has always been inviting, helpful, and when I used to have a commercial account, they were day-savers in countless situations. The shelves are always well-stocked and even when I just need a couple dollars in nuts and bolts the staff is helpful and what I need is always there.
