Hoffman Heights Ace Hardware

There are a number of great stores in this park Ace hardware being the one that I frequent the most and there's Dollar tree and many others. Just around the corner from 6th avenue and Peoria. Directly across from King Soopers on the west side of Peoria at 6th avenue.

This is my go-to for finding the little oddball things that the big box stores just don't seem to carry. The employees are very outgoing and will usually walk you to the item you ask for rather than pointing or guessing which isle they thought it was on. I'm very happy that this company has been able to remain prominent in this ever changing environment we're in. Keep up the good work.

Great store everything just in order making what you're looking for easy to find even if peaceful shopping experience. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. The employees there know the meaning of customer service. In my experience they were nothing but helpful and really i can't say enough about my how great it feels to shop this ace hardware location.🇺🇸👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good OLD Acehardware. They have stuff that the newer stores don't have. Great selection of repair items fasteners knobs and old electrical repair stuff for lamps. Check it out. Also had keys made for under $3 bucks Can't beat that.

Great ace store. Not the biggest ace I've been to but great quality of products. The staff has always been helpful. Great big parking lot. The layout of the store works well. Haven't been there for quite awhile but my only complaint was they didn't carry pellet grill pellets that some of the other stores carry.

This location is my go to place. Staff here are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. Been to other Ace Hardware locations where I’ve been ignored or got too much attitude. But not here. These people seem to really like their jobs and helping their customers

Lovely cashier. Had a copy of a key made here. She was pleasant. The store was quite empty at the time. I'm sure they had every thing you would need for a home project.

This is my go to store! Staff is always available and every time I bring in a part or have a question, they're always very knowledgeable.

I come here a couple times a month for various projects. 95% of the time they have just what I need, the other 5% it's a specialty item and I end up at the appropriate store eventually. Staff are always outstanding and knowledgeable. Great store.

Even though they can't have everything the other nly thing they didn't have in the last 20 years was a heating pad. They have had obscure items like window cranks for windows built in 1953 and outside faucet handles. Bug poisons and grass feed. Light fixtures and paint. If you go in and they don't have it in sight, they are all wired and can ask for help from anyone that might know in the store.
They will help load your car if you need it. They are a great step back in time when a well stocked hardware store meant you never had to stop that household project. And courtesy isn't an afterthought it is the norm.

I love Ace! Ace tends to have slighlty higher prices then the big box chains but they have something much more valuable then Home Depot or Lowe's and that's competent people who know what they are talking about. There's always somebody available for assistance and I've never been given a bad piece of advice or tip from anyone over here. I like the fact that they hire and value older workers for their experience and knowledge. Ace is the place to be if you're looking for that 1 little odd item, screw, bolt, etc they have it. I don't even bother going to the big chains first if I've got a specialty item because 9 times out of 10 they don't have it but guess who does ACE Hardware. They've got some of the coolest stuff here. I go in spurts when I'm at Ace depends if I have any home improvement projects going on. P.S. Ace doesn't have a customer bathroom but when my plumbing went out and I was waiting outside for them to open they were nice enough to care and let me use the bathroom anyways. Thanks.

Halloween, razor blades, lawn fertilizer, wrenches ect... They have it all. Very helpful staff with great customer service.

Come to this Ace Hardware since I was 17yo , now im 36 and the store feels like a Relic and time. all the miscellaneous parts you may or may not need reside in this store. Someone I knew from back then Bob still works there stop by he'll be happy to assist with any issues you might have. The place feels like a small mom-and-pop shop and great for all us DIY guys and gals.

I've been going to that store for years, they have great customer service and find what you need to get you in and out in a timely manner.

This is what I love about Ace Hardware, I walk in and they ask you what you need. The gentleman took me to what I was looking for, and was so helpful. Sooooo much better than walking around a big box store for 20 minutes just to try to find what I need. Thank you!

I bought some wheels for my foldable shopping cart. They put them on for me at no extra charge. All of the people that were working there is very nice and knowledgeable.

They always have what I need. It's nice to be able to buy one or two nails or screws instead of a whole package. People are always extremely helpful and solve problems easily and they are all knowledgable.

Associate first class treatment made my experience shopping efficient. Always come there to have keys made right the first time. I recommend others ACE is the place.

Always have stocked inventory on hard to find hardware and plumbing parts...and they know where it is! Depot is closer to me but I end up going here every time anyway after wasting a trip to the half empty hardware drawers at Home Depot.
