Extremely rude. Poor customer service. It seems as if they don't want to work. If you ask about a product you are told to ask Google. If you ask about ordering a product you are told to just use the website. I wonder why this store exist in the building if all they tell you is use the website. The state of the employees here makes the BX look bad. I recommend a staff change.

They ask for MILITARY ID at the gate of the military base where this store is located. If you are a civilian they won’t allow you to go inside to buy stuff at this location. Don’t waste your time
