Beta Macs

Excellent business and Troy is informative, friendly and helpful. I'd dropped my HP Pavilion, killed the screen and needed a replacement ASAP. I checked Craigslist to look for an inexpensive option and Troy had an HP Elitebook 850 G6 for just over a couple of hundred. It came with Office and was reset and ready to go. I plugged it in and was up and running immediately. All that was left to do, was transfer my files form the old machine, which went off without a hitch. This Elitebook is a definite step up in memory and performance (SSD vs disk), RAM, aesthetics and weight. Additionally, this thing looks and feels brand new.
I also like that Troy is a local, small businessman and that my money went to support him and his employees.
If you are looking for a computer or repair/trouble shooting (I have not used those services), give Troy a call. I have no doubt he will be able to either meet your needs or point you in the right direction, if he can't.

This was the least stressful computer repair I’ve ever had. I walked in and they fixed my MacBook Pro in under an hour for a VERY good price. The whole team was super nice and accommodating, especially Jimmy and Aubrey. I’ll be back for sure.

- I posted this on Yelp too but I was so impress that I wanted to post it everywhere. These guys won't waste your time and won't screw you over from my experience. If you get some weird screwdrivers you can do it yourself. Don't be scared as I was. Here it is-

These guys are the real deal. I walked in and the first thing that I heard was an earnest argument in the back room about how to truly kill Superman. They are the cast of Big Bang Theory. They also will tell you just how to fix whatever you have wrong with your mac just like they did for me.

I ended up fixing the macbook trackpad for $180 less than the "geniuses" at the Mac store were going to charge me. They had great advice, great prices, great service and just felt like the mac store would if they were allowed to.

A tad hard to find but call them when your GPS gets you close and they will get you the rest of the way. Please shop here for all of your Mac repair needs so they will still be around when I need them next time.

As a side note. Shouldn't a real "genius" have the integrity to tell you that you have to take out 10 screws to do the repair you are needing. The true geniuses at Beta Mac will.
