I love, love, love this place! All employees always go above and beyond with their service! I was there yesterday and the guy that was working spent good 15 minutes trying to find a right tank for my vape that previously had poor fitting tank and was leaking juice all over. Prices are also very reasonable, actually probably the lowest in the area. 👏

I've had to visit Rusty's three times this week because my vape has been acting out, and I just love this place and the employees I've done business with.

Met Drew tonight when I finally broke down and decided to replace my tank and she was just wonderful to talk to. She helped me out a good bit tonight and I'm grateful for her help and knowledge.

I'm always gonna visit this place when I'm in town. So far I've seen nothing but smiles and kindness and good energy from the store and the employees.

Was looking for a swordfish mouth peice for what seemed like forever and came across rustys ,the lady at the register was very helpful on the phone and in person and got me everything I needed I will definitely be going here from now on!!

If you are visiting from out of town like me and my brother were then this is the best place to stop at. Best glass, best prices, good people. It’s right down the street from the Cookies Commerce City which if you are like us that’s the first place we stop at after we leave the airport. We stopped at other shops in town but none of them were comparable to Rusty’s!!!

Been stopping through here time to time since it’s on my way home. Always friendly. But recently the guys over there went out of their way to help out. Basically covering a loss for my sake. That’s top quality customer service, and will be bringing all my smoke needs here.

I love coming here. I usually have plenty of questions, and everyone is pretty knowledgeable and patient enough to help me out.
Had a one time bad accessory, most likely from a bad manufacturing batch, and was able to get it worked out fairly easy. No hassle or "well that sucks" response. Plus the membership is really paying off!
