My kw had existing cable when I bought it. Once I got the radio installed, I had absolute garbage reception. After visiting the radio doc. I've got clear crisp transmission. So far, I've estimated roughly 2.5 miles range compared to 20ft lol. One thing that caught me off guard was that I was asked to run the wire myself inside the dash and out to the mirros, along with some shiny new antennas. I had no problem with im a big DIY guy and like learning new things. Tunned the radio right in front of me. Doc is good at what he does 💪

Chuck is great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Shop is located directly across from the rear exit of the TA. Call ahead, drop your trailer, and bobtail over to his lot for service. Does not do full installs but has excellent diagnostic chops. Peak and tune, reasonable prices, good selection of equipment. He's the guy to solve your thorny CB issues.

Chuck is fantastic!!!!! What a knowledgeable guy and very kind and helpful. Didn't talk down to me or get mad about any of my questions. Has a antenna warning light on on my new radio and looked up online how to fix it. Called and talked to him about it and he told me don't do what the Internet said swing by!!! Lol he was right!!. Got my radio dialed and fixed for a reasonable cost. I will be back 100% Thank you again Chuck you are truly a master of your craft!!!

Had an amazing overall experience here. Chuck is a cool dude and did his best to educate me on the components of my radio while also helping me achieve the tuning of my CB Radio antenna. Definitely recommend coming here for any CB mounted or hand held radio needs you may have. I believe he carries other types of radios also but I came for help specifically for my CB which he fulfilled and helped me test even a few minutes after I had left the shop.

This shop is great. Chuck was very knowledgeable and polite. He offered to take a look at my radio free of charge and recommended upgrades which he had in stock. My radio was fine before but great now because of a quick stop at Summit!

Went in with issues on my radio, the owner came out to my truck and helped me discover the problems. He helped me get a proper antenna ground and antenna. Replaced my old radio because it quit receiving. New system installed and working better than it ever has. Highly recommend!!

I stopped in without an appointment to get a new antenna for my Jeep and Chuck dropped everything he was working on to give me a hand. Not only did he provide me with a new antenna, he tested/measured all connections and tuned the antenna to make sure I had the best range it could provide. There wasn’t any hard selling tactics - he consulted with me and gave me different options to consider, then let me choose what was best for my needs. Five star service!! I highly recommend him.

Great experience !! Helpful and fast and extremely knowledgeable. I had problems with my cb and antenna and was fixed up and able to talk when I left. He did not pressure me at all and I’m very pleased with both my new CB and new antenna. I would highly recommend this store.

You only deal with Chuck the owner. Extremely knowledgeable and makes your satisfaction paramount. He won't sell you things you don't need, and gladly answers questions. I've been buying my radios and supplies from him for 20 years and I've never been disappointed.

Been back a couple of times getting my CB working properly. . Best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a long time. . Chuck is extremely helpful and his knowledge-based teaching is getting me to know what I'm doing with my radio. . Sure wish more places and people were like this. .

Awesome service. Came in and diagnosed my problem and showed me what to do and how to fix it almost instantly. Went over antenna placement, ground placement, equipment quality. Went ahead and did everything he told me to do, Helped me tune my antenna and now I’m reading 1.0 SWR on every channel. New to the CB world and took the time to explain most of the features my radio had and how to use it. Was very honest and very reasonable with prices. He went over my needs and gave me his honest opinion about what i needed vs what i wanted. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Edit: my galaxy has gotten so many compliments on the air. This is almost 6 months after bringing my radio to him. Still doing great. Directly on freqency. Cant ask for more

Had a few hours at the TA and checked in to have my radio tuned. Chuck is super knowledgeable, and showed me exactly what to expect after having the radio tuned. The radio actually performed better than what he told me to expect. Would come back for any needs when in the Denver area.

I've been in the hobby on and off for more than 30 years. The last thing I expected to find was a shop that's at least as nice as any that were in existence back in the day. But this is that shop and Chuck is that guy. A radio I'd acquired recently had a problem and I was bummed about it. Chuck knew exactly what the deal was and fixed it right up. He's a good guy and knows everything everyone else wishes they did. Go there.
