If you are in the market for reliable and comfortable work boots, look NO further. I visited this store earlier today and was immediately greeted by Heather upon entering. I let her know I was looking for my first pair of work boots and we were off.
After my arch/foot measurement exam, she explained the results in detail, and showed me several boots that would best 1) fit my foot and 2) fit my usage needs. Heather answered every question I had with patience (and a smile!), and for this, I am grateful.
My first impression of Red Wings left me feeling confident with my purchase and comfortable going back to visit if I come across any issues or needs for repair.

I was given a top notch experience including a custom fit experience that was second to none. I’m a loyal customer that thrives off of that. I need good boots for work as that’s my lifeline as well as the superior customer service at this store.

My husband was able to get a very nice pair of Irish setters that suited his job needs 100%. Staff was friendly and very helpful when assisting finding the boots needed. My husband found a great pair of boots at an affordable price, thank you RED WING!!!!

Went in during work because I had a hole in my shoe. Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes and my voucher. Got me in and out with a great pair of boots. Great service buddy 👍🏼

Had my feet measured etc, the person doing the measurements was very kind patient and helpful. Was given a few options of boots that would be good for me and my work. Was given multiple sized boots to see what was most comfortable for me and what would suit me best.

I was very impressed with the customer service here at this redwings. Ben helped me out tremendously I walked in looking to get new insoles and he’s gave my boots a full cleaning + new laces. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend them.

If you go to this location, ask for Ben. He was super helpful to everyone. A few times he was helping me and three other customers at the same time. Ben knows what he's doing, no question. He helped me to find an amazing pair of boots. Because this location has plenty to choose from, I'll be going back for inserts for my new pair and my next pair of boots. Thanks Ben!

Best and worst work boots I’ve owned. My first pair has been awesome. They have lasted for a long time and even after being sent to repair stitching a few times, they have been the most comfortable boots ever. The next pair I bought has been very uncomfortable and hurts my foot. Only on one side. I was told this was due to my foot shape, however, I have owned at least a dozen pair of work boots in my life and never have I experienced this problem. I regret this purchase and have switched to Ariat since. Their customer service is superior. Edit: I was wrong. Red Wing doesn't disapoint. Buy Red Wing.

This place was great. Their customer service was excellent as well as the selection of shoes. I was in and out in 10 minutes and there was no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

They don't rush you, they actually treat you like a customer.

The service I received from the sales person at the Red Wing store in Aurora Colorado was excellent. He helped me select the perfect work boot for my bad knee issues. This is the first pair of Red Wings I have ever owned and I don't think I'll ever go back to another brand. Thank you for the awesome experience!

As soon as I entered the store I was assisted by Ben. He helped me get fitted for arch supports to help with my foot pain and gave me a few different options that he let me try on to see how they fit he also was very helpful with the selection of my boots overall I was completely satisfied with the service.

Heather greeted me immediately and was fantastic through the whole process. She is super knowledgeable and was so accommodating. I bought boots, socks and insoles! She was so awesome

Heather was extremely knowledgeable/helpful, and offered me great advise for choosing the right footwear. Toby was also very knowledgeable/helpful, and did a great job putting a toe cap on my work boots. 5 stars isn't high enough of a rating!

We did have to travel 2 hour away to get the correct size , but it was a good day and great sales reps that handled it great.
