Dell's Service Center

You can trust Dell's with your Euro! They are one of a few services that specialize on Euros and can install tunes (I got an APR tune from them), solve complex electrical issues, or provide regular scheduled maintenance for a reasonable price. Another great thing is that a lot of times you can get an oil change appointment on a short notice!

I stumbled upon Dell's while searching for a place to get a DSG oil flush for my Golf R, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prices, which were half of what the VW/Audi dealer quoted me. I've never had any issues like oil spills, broken clips, scratches, or any things of that nature. Their technicians pay attention to detail.

One thing I really appreciate is that after each service, they provide a summary with photos and videos of any additional work that might be needed, such as a video that shows play in your control arm. I've been bringing my Golf R, Jetta JLI, and R56 Cooper S here for maintenance since 2020. Their service advisors are on the next level! I've never got such a great service at any dealership.

Dell's Service is fantastic!!! I have a 2015 Audi Q5. I have been going to the big dealership in the Valley (starts with B) for decades. Sadly, over the past couple years, B's service has deteriorated to awful. Dell's has saved the day! Great Pricing! Great Quality! And best of all... Spectacular Service!!! 🥳 I can't thank Dell's enough!

Chris was very helpful answering my questions, and informing me of what was going on with my Range Rover Sport. They were fair, and quick to diagnose issues. I would definitely recommend to others, and will be back (although hopefully not for a very long time).

I heard of Dell's from a friend, and he had nothing but good things to say about them. So, I took my 2012 BMW to them to have my timing belt replaced and my fan belt. They showed me pictures of how bad my chain guides were and how lucky I was to have bought the car in. The work they did on it was fantastic! They even called me a few days after to ask if I was happy with the work they performed. They are the only shop I trust to work on my car and their staff is also outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I found Dell's online after I had a terrible experience at Broadway VW. I decided to give it a try and I cannot believe how amazing my experience was there. Rebecca Anger was amazing at communicating and they got my car in and done in the amount of time promised and for a reasonable price. Dell's has earned my business and I highly recommend them!

Dells was very helpful when I brought my car in to figure out what is wrong with it. They were all very kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend dells to anyone.

I’ve brought my car in to other places at least 2-3 times and they couldn’t find the reason that it was making a strange noise. Brought it here & Travis found it immediately while they also changed my oil and replaced my windshield wipers! Chris was so friendly & helpful in getting me scheduled & very informative! Will definitely be coming here again for any issues/oil changes in the future. great staff!

My first visit to Dell's as I recently purchased my Porsche Boxster S late last fall and I brought it in for a full vehicle inspection. I'm very pleased with the service and communication that was provided and will be using Dell's in the future to service my vehicle.

They always take do a great job with my vehicle, and do it with a detailed report and great customer service. I highly recommend Dell's if you are looking for a place to service your import.

Brought my Volvo there for an oil leak and was expecting the worst news! Turns out it was the best case scenario and it was a very cheap fix! Very honest and caring people I am actually going to call them Monday for a new problem that occurred!

Great experience! Used to go to the Audi service center because I thought I had to. Always was booked out and had issues with scheduling and finding a time but Dell’s was so accommodating, got it fast! Reasonably priced, friendly, convenient location and everything is running great! Very happy, thank you!!

They are extremely helpful in ensuring I'm understanding the recommendations without talking down to me, very communicative, and seem to really care about their customers.

Their tech Calvin is awesome. He didn’t spend the full quoted time on the vehicle. didn’t need it. Looked immediately for the problem having the knowledge, found the issue and told me exactly what it needed!
