La Costa Authentic Mexican Food

Really tasty food. I got the Huevos Divorciarse which was great and unique and she got the tamales. The staff were very nice and helpful. Also their menu is quite option packed with breakfast served all day. The next time we are over on that side of town, we'll be back! Recommend giving them a shot if you haven't.

This place is consistently delicious! It's an old hang out of a few of my friends and I'm so glad that they introduced me. They know the owner who really works hard to make sure the food is wonderful and the service is good. I had a tasty bowl of menudo this time. Rich and flavorful! The combination plates are also delicious. No one beats their salsa! Yum!

You know it's a great Mexican restaurant when their beans and rice taste good! I love this place the food is amazing! So much flavor! My favorite dish are the chilaquiles! This place never disappoints me.

That fish was fantastic. I ate everything including some of the bones and one of the eyes. it was cooked all the way through. One of the best of dishes I've had in a Mexican restaurant. The food just said yum...

Their breakfast burritos are incredible. You have to try one I want just the right ratio of potatoes to egg ,meat with their green chili amazing

Following a medical procedure in which I had to fast for 36 hours prior, we found La Costa. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the gent who was our server was attentive, professional, and friendly. I had the Mexican steak and it was amazing. So was the frozen ice cream. We didn’t realize we stayed after the place closed, and the staff never acted like they were trying to push us out. Everything was top notch. And it’s less than ten minutes driving from the Aurora VA Regional Medical Center.

One of the best to eat Authentic Mexican food very authentic Mexican flavor on all their food you just have to try it Highly Highly recommended

When we use to live in Denver this is the spot mom and I would go for m/d day. Margaritas on point and the food out of this world. Great seeing Ruth the owner. We do our best to dine when in town. Great atmosphere. First date appeal and family oriented.

My husband Joe Salaz and I used to come there ever since you opened...He is deceased and I moved to NC...I SO miss your food....they don't know what green chili is here...please open a place here!

Food is great! I've been here a lot and I can attest this food is without flaw. If they ever mess up an order ( which is rare) they are quick to make it right. In a timely manner! The constant care they give to each customer is unique and very satisfying. It's worth the trip to experience their unique authentic cuisine!

Came here for a late lunch. I wasn't really that terribly hungry but what I got was amazing. End up getting two chile rellenos and a guacamole tostada. The green chili has so much flavor and it's amazing. The staff are very prompt and helpful! I love this place it's close to my house too but some of the best Mexican food in town hands down!

I really enjoyed my lunch here, I had the smothered burrito and beef enchilada. They were full of flavor very authentic tasting, and satisfying. The rice and beans had flavor and was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is very clean, And has a homey feel to it. Customer service was an A+. I Will definitely be coming here again. An Aurora gem truly.

Such amazing food. And some of the best pancakes ever

Wife and I stopped in around the end of lunch today. Was promptly sat at a table and quickly asked for beverage requests. Wide array of choices required a moment finding a good first time entree. We both had the #9- they were AWESOME. Fountain drinks were large and refilled swiftly, the free chips and salsa were tasty. Noticed the owner described in other reviews, she did not have a happy face but did not treat the staff improperly. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Extremely great food, we loved everything we ate. Our waitress Tonya was awesome and so very sweet. Would go there often if we lived closer. But will be back as it's close to University Hospital and walking distance from the Comfort Inn. Thank you Tonya for making our experience memorable!!!

Hidden gem. It’s tucked in the back so they do have take out for quick grab and go!
Nice, clean establishment. Sit down and relax, it’s nice inside.
Good tasting authentic Mexican food. Delicious to say the least. The chips were a little cold but very tasty and fresh.
Decent prices on all items.
Great daily happy hour till 7.

My husband an I really like this place. It's small but their food is really good. Their prices are very reasonable. We have gone for breakfast and dinner and have never had a bad meal. The owner is always there and in charge.
