I started coming to Skin By What’s Her Face about 2 months ago for eyelash extensions. I unfortunately don’t have a lot of natural length and have very sparse thin lashes, but my wonderful lash specialist, Ruby has worked so well with me to help me achieve the look I desired. She is very professional, patient and does the most amazing work. I am so appreciative of what she has been able to do for me. Erin is AMAZING at what she does. I have been receiving facials regularly since 2019 and I honestly didn’t know clear skin was possible until then. I’m obsessed with the new hydra facial machine. My skin feels fantastic. I came in yesterday and got a facial for some much-needed relaxation, but decided to get a hydra facial. Erin is super knowledgeable. Spa was very clean. I even walked away with some gifts because there was so much to offer. My skin also feels incredible.

Nichelle is amazing and always takes her time. Honestly look forward to my fills because not only do I leave feeling beautiful and like I don’t need makeup when my eyelashes are so luscious, but I’m so relaxed I fall right asleep. Have been going to Erin since she opened Skin by Whats Her Face 7 years ago. They carry my favourite fruit based skin care line Roccoco. People are always telling me that my "skin is glowing". Erin is really fast at waxing and always makes sure Im comfortable. The store at the spa is great, candles, skin care, soap, cute clothes. I do my Christmas shopping there!

I love my eyelashes and my eyelash tech. I do wish that the table I lay on was adjustable cause I have back and shoulder problems but I know they're expensive.... I love coming in though ALOT! Thank you
