Furniture Design Center

Furniture Design center is the best furniture store in our area. They are so friendly and helpful, never once did I feel pressured to buy. We did end up with a beautiful bedroom set and when it arrived the drawers in the side tables stuck and they were so quick to order us replacements. 100% recommend for quality furniture and the best salesmen!

Love this place.. Got a great couch and they gave me a great deal too!! I got a new puppy that messed up some of the cousins and they went out of their way to order me new cushion covers to make my couch like new again over a year later!!! FREE also saying it was on warranty still! Amazing service. Will go there again first and foremost!! Highly recommend!!

I typically only visit this business shortly after they open. The staff are always attentive, yet they know to provide people space. I had a lot of questions about both furniture and beds. The sales associate I spoke with answered all my questions. I purchased a mattress and boxspring during the Labor Day sales, and utilized their delivery service. I disliked the metal boxspring and they worked with me to replace it with a wood boxspring. I’m very happy with the mattress and the wood boxspring. I will continue to visit this business anytime I’m in search of furniture.

We were shopping for new recliners and Furniture Design was the best place for us. Our new chairs look great with our other furniture! The sales person was a pleasure to work with! We had several choices of recliners and he never hesitated and walked back and forth trying to please us. He really did meet our expectations. A great place for shopping.

Lain helped us out today, me and my partner are just looking for stuff to put in our tiny apartment, dressers where good prices but we were looking for night stands. Which they had plenty first time shopping for them so i can't really say if the prices where decent there.

Amazing customer service. I called and needed some help removing my couch and they sent a couple guys over right away. I can't thank them enough. They even offered to help load up the moving truck! I would give you 10 stars if I could. You guys are the best!

I inherited an electronic Lazy Boy recliner that became dysfunctional. It'd been purchased at Furniture Design Center two years and they repaired it for free!!

Wonderful shop. Extremely helpful staff. They don’t over sell or pounce on customers, but offer genuine good ole fashion customer service. They did me a big favor and allowed me to swap out an item after purchasing. They definitely go above and beyond the rest.

The people here are super nice and don't make you feel pressured or smothered while you're there trying to get you to buy something. I ordered a couch that was on backorder and they kept me updated regularly during the wait, even offering to let me choose something else when the ETA was pushed back. Got signed up for the store card with the 0% promo apr and they made it all super easy. Will buy from them again in the future.

We have purchased the majority of our home furniture there. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. No one is pushy. They give great unadvertised discounts when you buy more than one item!

5* review because of amazing customer service even after the sale was complete. After going to verns for 20 years give or take and having the worst possible customer service ever I went to furniture design center and they made it right. Long story short im struggling with a disability and needed a specific chair to use and they chair I bought from verns didn't work out. I tried calling them the very next day to exchange it and verns said no because of covid. This would have been fine if they would have explained this before we bought the chair and after they hung up on me I called furniture design center and explained the situation.
Furniture design center listened to my story and worked with me to find the chair I needed. Before I bought it I asked if the chair didn't work out could I call the next day to see if I could exchange it and they said unlike verns.... they will use common sense and work with me if it's in a reasonable amount of time after purchase. Chair has been perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

I was still stuck with the chair I got from verns that im paying 100 bucks a month for the next couple of years so I decided to try to sell it to try to make back some of the money I lost. After finding someone who would buy my verns chair we needed to take the back off so we could transport it but we couldn't get the back off. I called furniture design center to see if they would come out if I paid them to take the back off and they said they would do it no charge and they did. I can't say enough how amazing the customer service was at furniture design center and I strongly recommend them. Furniture design center showed me they are out to satisfy the customer and not just make a quick sale.

These guys stand behind the products they sell. We had some quality control issues with our furniture and they were incredibly helpful, polite and great to work with throughout the entire fix. All of our visits were just as low-key and friendly as when we first came in just to look at some furniture.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here.

Awesome folks and customer service ! We had a new mattress delivered…COBY and MATT were wonderful in getting the new mattress in. I had them go above and beyond in taking down our previous bed frame. They were handsomely rewarded !!

Friendly, patient staff and good selection. I hope future customer service will hold up now that we've bought a sofa & chair.
UPDATE: Customer service has continued to be awesome. Though not the fault of Furniture Design Center, our new sofa and chair had some defects and didn't live up to our expectations. Going back to the store I wasn't sure what to expect, but they completely back their sales & their word! We now have a set of beautiful furniture, no flaws and nothing but kindness and professionalism from Blane, Mike, Scott and everyone else at FDC. Thanks guys!

Worked here for a couple years, very family orientated. Amazing customer service. They will always get you what you want with amazing prices. Awesome place to work and to shop. I highly recommend Furniture Design Center over any furniture store you go to.

We have bought many items from Furniture Design for our home and just recently purchased new furniture for our 5th wheel. During our travels we had a problem with the arm on the couch. We contacted Furniture Design and once we were back in town and camping at another resort the Manager personally came out on his day off and did the repair. They stand behind all the products they sell. We are extremely pleased with the service we have always received.
