Best ☕ coffee around!!! Coffee shop was open really early and we were traveling very early. The service was wonderful and cheerful. The white mochas we ordered were incredibly crafted. The shop was cute and the sign was cute. The location was perfect. All in all 10/10

This place has the BEST servers and coffee! They were open early and right off the main highway! The white mocha was just wonderful and I was so glad that I went here and not dutch bros. Support local and small, not corporate and large! This place is also really really cute.

Another great coffee place. Idea of drive thru little coffee place is excellent..looking for these places every morning.

Here in Arcata on vacation wanted a milk shake. Came buy Jitter Bean and found out they make the best milk shakes. They are so good!! And the customer service is fast and friendly.

Drive thru coffee done well. We had a mocha and a vanilla latte with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Both were done to order, hot enough and very tasty.

The service here is phenomenal always. Super nice people work there and it’s been consistently awesome service since I moved here a few years ago. When I was thinking of great local businesses to patronize in our area, this was the coffee spot the stood out. Unless I’m getting a matcha latte at Starbucks, I only get my caffeine from Jitter Bean!! Always my first stop after a 17 hour shift, yee haw 🤠

1st time at the Valley West location and I was impressed! There was a long line, about 7 cars deep, and they had some out side taking orders! It took maybe 7 min. When I got up there, the staff was cheerful and helpful and very courteous! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Amazing walk up service with the drive through slammed with a line at 8am. Cheerfully pleasant staff exemplary in carrying out their barista skilled duties. Had a 20oz brewed coffee with cream and sugar.

It's a drive up coffee place. I do not drink coffee, but tea I do and the Chai tea is awesome! The girl working was super nice as well.

This little drive-thru was everything I needed. Our hotel didn't have breakfast so we stopped here and the staff were so kind and helpful, they were so patient and answered all our questions. Food and drink was delicious but the service was what stood out, Very happy we stopped here!

A huge fan of the “mocha explosion”, but to make it vegan, I ask for no ice cream and to use almond milk. The coffee is perfectly brewed every time- talk about consistency! New fan of this place and I will be coming back!

Best coffee that I had in Arcata. The Mexican coffee is something to try, with cinnamon, almond, and chocolate.

Great Breve too, which fattens up your Latte with half and half.

Best Mochas anywhere, I order 16 oz. Blended Mocha Explosion, double espresso and double chocolate, I call it the double double, so rich and delicious.

Super welcoming service and super good Strawberry Mango smoothie.
