The Gallery at 1894

Awesome free art gallery in a restored historic building! We visited from Atlanta and will be coming home with some new art.

We appreciate The Gallery being open during the Thanksgiving week. We've visited this free exhibit twice. However, our 2nd visit allowed us the opportunity to view upstairs. It appears to be a Venue for events. Retro vibe and decor. Main level host an exhibit of tasteful and some interesting art. And if you're in the mood for 'spirits', there's plenty of them still roaming around.

Each time we visit the area a new store is open. We really look forward to the overall renovation of the town.

A remarkable gallery of local artists, set in a historical building with tons of character! We received a tour of the lower and upper floors. If you like the arts/music scene check this place out.

The staff was unbelievably friendly. The artwork was unique, and we even had a tour of the "speakeasy" though it was closed. Well worth the stop.

Awesome local Texarkana gallery that is always fun to look around. It features amazing art from local artists and is always fun to pop into when there are special events downtown.

THE coolest spot in Texarkana and it's constantly improving!

There were so many interesting and unusual pieces that really spoke to me. The space is a great size as well. If you are a lover of art I highly suggest you take a stroll through The Gallery.

Great used of the space with such a diverse collection. This gallery is a fun addition to Texarkana's Downtown.

Wonderfulmplace to see amazing art by local artists. There is a wide array of mediums used and are available for purchase from jewelry to wooden bowls and paintings and sculptures. Also a neat little area next door showing the item that were there when the building was bought. Definitely recommend stopping by!

A truly wonderful place. A place to see when you come to Texarkana. Outstanding art in innumerable varieties. The attraction of the Gallery is in a constant state of change. Weekend special events. If you visited a while ago, it has changed, so you need to visit again and again.

This place was amazing! Great selection of artwork from local artists. Mostly paintings but also other media as well. Cool place to learn about art in this area as well as some of the history of Texarkana. If you like art, cool buildings, and local histories this place is a must-see!

This is a beautifully restored historic building in downtown Texarkana. At the time that I was there they were featuring 90 local artists. Also, visit the upstairs and travel back to the 1970’s. The decor includes 70’s vintage furniture, records, movie posters and a whole lot more.
Take your time and stroll around, there’s lots to see.

One of my he beat kept secrets in Texarkana. AND It is located in downtown Texarkana! Historic building restored to show off its original beauty. Great group of smiling faces and always happy to help. Then there is the ART. All of this fabulous eclectic local original art work for you swoon.

I had a booth at the country market festival there. Awesome art great people! Small festival. Expectations of growing every month they have festival on second. Saturday. Go check it out!

Excellent gallery to buy all kind of beautiful paint arts, souvenirs.and more ...the gallery is huge and the second floor is a back to the 70's, 80's time experience, plus the vintage antiques, is worthy to visit...love it .

3 reasons to stop and enjoy. Lovely restored historic building. Delightful owner. Oh yes, hundreds of colorful works of art from skilled artists to view.

It was very retro and making it to stage the original is amazing cuz it is part of texarkana's oldest original feed store from back in the 1800s and the way it looks is just absolutely amazing he's a very excellent job thank you Bobby Rollins for all the good work you did and making this place look original

Beautiful place for local artists and open musicians..like the Irish band ( so unique..)" O'Malley's Prayer " that night....so much culture!
