Out of all of the sales people I spoke with to get my ductwork replaced, Jake with Sparta Heating and Air stuck out. When he showed up to quote the job, he was very thorough with his measurements and finding every possible option for fixing/replacing my ductwork. I have no prior knowledge of how any of the Hvac works; He spent the time to explain everything while walking me through the house, showing me what he was talking about. If he couldn't show me, he drew it out and described it. There was not a moment he didn't walk me through the initial diagnosis/repair. That alone had me set on Sparta Heating and Air to do the job before we even saw our quote. When we did receive our quote, the price was good. The work was done very well, and in a timely manner, these guys are GOOD! They've earned themselves a loyal customer👍🏻

I was so lucky to find this company.
The heater just wouldn't warm up the house completely. I called to ask a few questions and she was able to set up a next day appointment. The technician called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let me know his eta. He was super friendly, worked fast and was even very patient about all of my random questions on what things did and how they worked. While he was out he checked the AC to make sure I would be good for the summer as well. What I appreciated was him checking the filter and NOT offering to sell one to me. He just let me know it would be good for awhile and no push in sales. The price was very fair and he worked fast. Hopefully I won't need them soon :) But if I need something I am absolutely calling them.

Service guys came out, gave me a quote, started working. They found something else that was wrong, but not an immediate need and said I could run without it. I went ahead and asked for that service as well. Didn't feel pressured or sold to. They fixed what was wrong and my air has been running great since then.

They were able send a technician to us the same day that we called, and identified what turned out to be a wiring problem and fixed it that day. The work was done well and they were professional and courteous.

Good service and prompt on scheduled time. The service person was very professional and through in checking and repairing the system. Although I've used them previously and will use them again, I find them to be a bit more expensive than expected with $65 charged for a service call plus $68 for 1 hr labor plus parts.

Highly recommend this company! Ethan came over and fixed my unit for a great price. He was on time and very professional. I’ll definitely be telling my family and friends about them!

Very pleased/satisfied with Sparta Heating and Air Conditioning installing my new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) unit. Of the four HVAC contractors I checked out, they had the most favorable reviews and competitive prices. Will, one of their techs, worked with me getting the best unit for my highly insulated home. The installers, Dave and Tim, did excellent work putting the unit in. Once installed, Will and Ethan came back and made sure the unit did what I wanted, a quiet unit that removed excess humidity. On top of that, their work coordinator did an awesome job working with and making sure the work got done very efficiently and timely.

Mr. Will Odom came to my Mothers to check out her thermostat. The home is new to her and she wasn't sure it was working correctly. Mr. Odom was prompt, so polite, and helped my Mother learn how to use the Nest thermostat that was in her house. He checked out the unit itself, found that the condensation wasn't being directed away from the unit. He corrected that and explained how that causes mold to form in the unit and then be blown into the house. He suggested having her duct work cleaned since she wasn't sure if it had ever been cleaned and he reached into one of the vent cavities in the house and pulled out a mess. He went on to talk to my Mother about a filtration system that can be installed on her unit to clean the air of mold and allergens. He wasn't the least bit pushy and went over some of the points a couple of times so that my Mother would understand completely. Mr. Odom is a super star in my opinion! My Mom and Dad had always used Sparta Heating and Cooling, so I can certainly see why my Mother felt that level of comfort to call them to service her unit at her new home. Thank you Sparta Heating and Cooling for giving me and my brother that level of comfort knowing that our Mother is being taken good care of!

Amazing and professional customer service! They came out and cleaned our HVAC and checked all of our vents. They were so nice and helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We had a dehumidifier installed in our crawl space. Ethan came to our house and answered all our questions and was very professional. Installation went good. Only thing that could be better is that people that installed didn't show how to clean and maintaing the filter.

Locust Grove Church had Sparta Heating to install our new unit. They also have done repair service for us on several occasions. We have been extremely pleased and satisfied with their service and workmanship We will continue using them for any HVAC needs.

This is actually the first time in rating various companies which we have done business with, I wish we could give six stars rather than only five. I performed and managed systems installation and repair all over the country for 40 years. The technicians doing the install performed far above our expectations. We will be recommending Sparta Heating and Air to our friends.

From the time I called to the time the repairman was leaving was right at an hour. Everything was so quick, and the repairman explained and showed me everything he was doing. I'm very happy with the experience.

I am SO GRATEFUL for Sparta Heating & Air and this is why; I bought my home in Dec of 2018 not knowing the unit in the house was bad.
I contacted 2-10 home warrenty to get my unit replaced. After 4 months of no heat and HAGGLING with 2-10 on the replacement cost, 2-10 would only cover less than 1/3 of the overall cost of the unit replacement cost.
After informing Sparta Heating & Air of my situation, they contacted 2-10 who not only refused to cover the cost of replacement but would only pay for a unit which would not cover my home's heating and air needs.
Luis with Sparta Heating & Air assisted me in finding a unit which I could afford, and that covered the size of my home's heating and Air conditioning needs!!
I can't thank Will and Luis enough for helping my family and I get a heating and air conditioning unit which WOULD cover my needs and my budget!! This company is Awesome!!

Technicians were professional and friendly and arrived on time same day. Would highly recommend for all.
