GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you are in need of storage space. Denise is THE BEST and ALWAYS eager to help any way she can! No matter how many times I have blown her phone up with questions or needing assistance at one of my units, she has always been right there! She has never failed to have a quick resolution no matter what I have going on in my VERY busy/chaotic life, requiring me to “pop up” on short notice, and never being able to remember how to access my unit 🫣🤪 No matter how many times she explained it to me, no matter how many times I would still forget, she has always been beyond patient with me. We lost our key when we came to move our stuff out. The young lady in the office was very nice about it. She happily came out to cut the lock off for us. The fee was only $25. Well worth it. It's great to find Good customer service. It's secure and we never had an issue with our belongings. If we're ever in the need to store a few things we'll return here.

I went to lock away storage on kings highway and the manager Skye helped me he was very nice and answered all my questions, If you need a storage unit I would go here

Destiny is AMAZING!! She made my move a lot better. She had me and my daughter smiling. She got out in the storm to show me a storage unit and offered to show me more units in the storm!!! She's great!!

Deneese was so polite and helpful! She let me look around and helped me determine the best unit to meet our storage needs. She also gave the best price/ quote I could find in this area! They have a Bluetooth gate so you can just simply unlock it from your phone. Would highly recommend using lock away storage!
