The staff at this store are so friendly and remember my face when I come in. I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with a coupon coming off of an already-discounted item instead of a regular-priced item, but after calling and then coming back to the store, they fixed it for me. I really appreciate their kindness in correcting the coupon, since it saved me almost $14.

There was a gentleman at this location I wish I caught his name but he was amazing it was busy yesterday 2/18/2024 and he still took the time to help me im very picky and he helped me find everything I needed even called next door (white barn) so when I got over there they had exactly what I was looking for. I think I might go back just to get his name excellent customer service.

They had their annual candle event! And the selection of candles were absolutely amazing. Not to forget that the stuff handled the mass amount of people like a well-oiled machine. And they honored an expired 20% Off entire purchase coupon from yesterday!

I can never leave without buying soaps and candles and lotion and wall scents, and, and, and…. They just added sulfate free soap!!! Yeah!!!

Visited the store September 19. They had a sale going and when I saw the line I was worried it would take forever to get in. Nope! We only waited a few minutes. Everyone was kindly asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the store. Employees were cleaning items people were testing. They had an air purifier in store. They were monitoring people entering/exiting the store. It was just really streamlined and made me feel comfortable even with Covid in mind. It was great shopping experience 🥰

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works. All the nice smells. Whether it be a spray, candle or even hand sanitizer. This place is sure to have a fragrance that appeals to you. The staff were nice and helpful at this location.

Iesha is amazing, outstanding customer service. I enjoy her help each time I visit. The store is very clean & well stocked. So many options to choose from, Plus there is a whole candle store I've never seen before at any other bath & body works. Sales are awesome especially if you have coupons on top of the in-store sales. You will never pay full price!

Absolutely love this store. Staff is extremely helpful and take customer service to the next level. The sales are wonderful and the selection is well worth the trip. Store is kept well stocked and clean. There is a wide array of scents for anyone including men. Definitely worth the visit.

I always come here to keep my home scented. I also come for my own personal use. I have soooooo many products from here. I was able to make it to their sale and stocked up enough for the next 2 years. They'll make great gifts for Christmas and birthdays. Nice employees!

I came in the store this morning to buy some gifts. I met Regina, she was so nice and helpful and listened to me and was eager to let me smell some of the fragrances, which helped me to make the decisions that I needed for the gifts. I come here every year to buy gifts. The gift bags are beautiful as well. I love this place, will see ya again. Thanks Regina!

I always have a great experience when I visit Bath & Body in the Killeen Mall. The customer service is always more than 100%, and the employees go above and beyond to find what I'm looking for. Not to mention, their coupons and deals are really great, and save me tons of money. The email perks are great too! Love this store😁

On 2/7/2021, sales associate Rakiya helped me find the right products as a gift. She was extremely knowledgeable about store inventory, policies, and sales. She was very polite and professional. I probably would not have made these purchases if not for her assistance.

Came a week or so ago originally planning on figuring out which fragrance candle I wanted and was just going to order online with my coupon. Paula stopped me and talked with me while I was trying different candles and convinced me to just order in store. She was amazing, I ended up getting more candles than planned but was worth it. Thanks Paula!

Thanks to Richard, Serena (apologies for any misspellings of names), and the rest of the staff at this location, my daughter should get her Christmas and birthday gifts in time (originally purchased online on Black Friday, but due to shipping issues haven't made it to me, yet). I'm hoping site to store becomes available at this location soon.
