My second visit to Verizon in 2 days not because something was wrong but because my offer was so good I had to bring over a few lines from a different carrier. This location has a gentleman by the name Kory who provided me with with fast and friendly service. Verizon is held to a high standard and I understand why because they employ great people like Kory

Excellent experience with Josue. He explained everything to me and able to assist me to add additional line from my account. The reason why i am switching from AT&T to Verizon because they have way better customer service. Thx Josue ☺

For the past 3 1/2 years I have been taken care of by Cameron. Cameron has always been professional, family oriented, knowledgeable, and always is looking for the best ways to serve us customers. Cameron deserves a nice trip for him and his family because he always goes above and beyond. Thank you Cameron for always making my life easier. All the store associates are amazing but if Cameron left, I’d had to leave too. LoL

Went into Verizon to get a new phone and some new watches and Kallen was so fun and knowledgeable. He made the appointment go by fast and efficient. You can tell he’s been there forever. He set up everything and did the dirty work while we talked and unwrapped our new phone and watches. I actually enjoyed going in and will definitely stay a customer for the foreseeable future. This location is by far my favorite!! The gentlemen who have helped me out the MANY times I have been there have gone above and beyond to figure out what the issues I’ve had were and either fixed them or helped me understand what I would need to do on my end. Specifically Cameron. He was extremely professional and polite.

I came in after my phone broke in the field and I had been unable to contact any loved ones for over four days. I was unable to get in contact with straight talk at all and Callen went out of his way to put my phone number into an old phone so that I could get the verification done so that I could keep my number. The transfer didn’t work immoderately and he called and made sure it was approved and I could use my phone and just tell my parents I was okay. I am forever grateful for Callen’s help today.

Upgraded an existing phone. The people working at this location are personable, knowledgeable and have been very accommodating with me returning on several occasions for help with operator phone issues.

Chris and his Co workers were great! I was really hesitant about getting another phone due to not wanting to reset all of my apps etc...they convinced me that the procedure would be alot less painful this time around and it lived up to what they said. I appreciate the assistance fellas!

We had Verizon about 5 years ago and ended up leaving due to a bad experience with an old rep (won’t mention her name since this is a good review) HOWEVER, was interested in possibly returning and had the pleasure of working with Song who helped us port back into Verizon. He was not only professional but super transparent and assured we got helped on a timely manner. He offered us water, explained all the plans and answered every single question we had. He even took the time to explain why certain plans were more suitable for us. I hope to always be assisted by him. Thanks Song!!!

I was greeted promptly and politely when entering the store. Staff was ready and willing to help. Jill was my sales representative. She was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process answering all of my many questions. The other staff also helped me find different accessories for my phone around the store. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

I went to the this establishment not too long ago and Song was the perfect person to help me with my experience. He was able to work through my troubles with ease as his experience well proceeds his young years. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has the pleasure to go to this place!
