Me and my finance have been using this store lately, rather than Oakridge and we were actually pleasantly surprised. They seem to always have everything we have needed in stock and the workers are all pleasant and helpful…Especially the young guy in the garden section. He helped us with fencing and concrete a lot. Plus they have a huge clearance section,, my favorite! Lots of great deals.

I am a female veteran pushing seventy. I usually have to show an id to prove it. I went to the garden center at Lowe’s this week-my happy place.
The young man checking me out at the register said a big. “Thank you for your Service. He had remembered me from a previous visit and acknowledged me before I checked out. I want him to know how much that I appreciate him. No one has ever acknowledged me that way and he made my day. Thank you young man.

Great place to shop! This Lowe’s may be a little smaller than most in my opinion so they may not carry all the stuff Lowe’s normally has, so download their app or go to the website and search to see what they have in stock first. Other than that, the store is clean, the people are nice, and it has a rich atmosphere.

I love this Lowe’s location! All of the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We don’t have a truck, and pictures here we are making an adventure out of loading 16’ 2x4 boards into a Rav4… the Lowe’s employees gave us some plastic wrap (it was raining) and the red flag hanging off the end! We made it back safely to finish our project. :-)

We went in to look for new appliances for a home we just purchased and we were helped by Kristi and Trey. They deserve 10 stars for service, friendliness and professionalizium

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher they’re very helpful in picking out what we needed and finding rebates

Always have what I need so no need to go anywhere else. Their associates are always friendly and always ready to assist someone and they know their stuff.

Had a terrific experience and the kind lady in the floral department was over-the-top helpful for me. And she was the only one having to work in the cold. God bless her. She really made my day

I love this site bc it has a little bit more to offer than some locations due to it being in a small town. I cut a few of the employees hair sometimes and when they see me always stop to say hello. Feels like home.

Refrigerator went down, needed a new one. Got it at Lowes at a awesome price!

This was the friendliness, most helpful Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. We were approached several times with friendly hello’s and offers to help us find what we needed. Marty, in the flooring department, walked us through how much flooring to buy as well as all of the supplies necessary and not so necessary for us to successfully install our new floor. His knowledge and experience was evident and cleared up all of our questions. He also checked with another store to make sure they had additional flooring if we needed more. It was a true pleasure working with him and just chatting in general. Also, Katie at checkout was sweet and offered a helping hand getting us through the self checkout quickly and smoothly. It’s so nice to have such a pleasant stop and to be greeted with smiles and helping hands.

Went to purchase a $128 patio table. Employee was very helpful and courteous. Ended up purchasing bench and cushions also.

The succulent variety is GREAT this year. They have 2 sizes of Dragons Blood,Purple Fountain Grass,Dracenas etc which make it super easy if you only have pots and not a large yard. Trina is AMAZING!! So nice & very helpful!! I do wish the workers in the garden center knew more about certain flowers/trees. It would be nice to have a couple questions answered BEFORE buys certain things.

Diane from hardware was more than helpful today! My mother was able to find everything she needed and Diane didn’t mind how long it took! She was patient the whole time and made sure we had what we needed before she parted ways! Wonderful customer service, and my dog loves all of the staff!
