We just had the absolute best experience with B.F. Myers!!! They posted a chair on their social media for a giveaway, and I was lucky enough to be the winner! They were super timely with contacting me and getting my information. They were also very responsive and delivered the chair exactly when they said they would! They delivered free of charge which was amazing. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind to check out for any future furniture needs!

Phenomenal showroom with so much variety to suit every room and style! While everyone was very friendly and accommodating, we worked with Jeff who was stellar. He was patient, let us look, answered our questions and checked us out quickly. It was an added bonus that everything we ordered was in stock and we will have it delivered in 3 business days. Will only shop here from now on!

We are very satisfied with our shopping experience at B. F. Meyers. William, our salesperson was patient, knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful while we selected a couch and looked at other furniture for our living room. He even matched a competitors price. I would definitely recommend making the trip to see their good inventory.

My Wife Angelica and I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon looking for a coffee table. Marcie took great care of us, and showed us many different styles and price points. Bought it and brought it home, and we love it. We will be back for the great selection and great service in Sales and Warehouse help.

B.F. Myers is an incredible store! They care about quality and customer satisfaction. My husband and I moved to the Nashville area a few years ago and we probably visited almost every furniture store in the area. We were disappointed in the quality of furniture at almost every place…until we found B.F. Myers! We were impressed with the quality, selection, and customer service. We were helped by a gentleman named Trace. He was patient, helpful, honest, and made the process as painless as possible for us. He helped us find bedroom furniture that we absolutely loved. Fast forward two years, we were looking for another couple pieces of furniture and went back to B.F. Myers. We walked in and told Trace some of the specifications we were looking for and he gave us the space to look around but then showed us a piece he had in mind for us - and he killed it! We immediately bought the piece he showed us!! We’re so thankful to B.F. Myers and Trace for a wonderful furniture buying experience.

We love BF Meyers! Mavis is fantastic and the entire experience from picking out what we want to delivery is so smooth and easy. The delivery crew is professional and helpful. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with and any minor things that come up are always handled quickly and with a smile. We just couldn’t be happier!

I had no idea how to select a dining table for a new built in area in my kitchen. There were a lot of factors..how high the cushions were in relation to the table, matching the trim colors, getting as large of a table I could without crowding guests, getting the style I wanted…Kaitlyn and William were phenomenal and very instrumental in offering pointers, options, holding my hand while trying to help me understand the correct ratio and I got the table in two days!! Wonderful experience and I’ve only been here TN for 90 days having moved from WA. Fabulous staff, stellar service, prompt and courteous follow through!!

I also really like working with a company that is locally owned and operated.

We needed to purchase a chair quickly for my mother. BF Meyers had the perfect chair, it was in stock at the warehouse, and the price was lower than we expected for that type of chair! They kept me well informed of the delivery status, and delivered & set up quickly. It’s the second chir we’ve purchased from them, and will definitely go there first the next time we need something.

I normally hate walking into any furniture retail shop. It’s like dealing with bad car sales who just want to upsell and pester you about everything. We had John as our sales rep and he was great. He showed us some options and never tried to pressure us to get something we didn’t want. He showed us several things because it easy to look over certain areas of the store. He was super helpful and made the process of buying a new couch very easy and simple.

BF Myers has a great selection and a very knowledgeable sales staff. Mavis Campbell was so patient as we took a while to make our decision. I highly recommend BF Myers .

Trace went above and beyond. He sent me pictures of chairs with specific dimensions I gave him so that when I was able to get to the store I was able to spend my time efficiently. Trace also showed me several alternatives that ended up being my pick. Extremely knowledgable about the manufacturer and fabric and took his time explaining without being pushy. Excellent service! Will was very communicative and helpful. He knew exactly what we were looking for, found the perfect item and helped us complete the purchase quickly and efficiently. And was even able to schedule our delivery the very next day! Now that is customer service.

Trace Rogers was very helpful with information about the recliners. My second and third trip back, he was patient with me and did not push me to make a decision. I decided on one and he made my purchase and pickup very easy.

Geno greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was helpful and nice, answering all our questions about the couch we were interested in. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and tons of selection to browse through. We ended up picking a sectional that we (and the cats) are looking forward to enjoying for years to come.

We were on a shopping experience to find a sofa and love seat. Ever were we went it was 2-6 months out to order. Our neighbors told us that most time BF Meyers stocked the furniture. We decided to come out and look around. We were greeted by Trace Rogers upon entering and he answered all our questions. We took measurements and told him we would get back to him. He was patient and professional. He gave us his business card and say we could call him if we needed any further assistance. Well, I call him at the end of a business day and he called me back. It’s so good doing business with a professional person . We placed an order and it will be delivered in 6 day! I’m so excited!
