Great delivery service, fast and easy!!! Would recommend over doing it yourself! Trevor and Isaiah are an amazing team and they got here at a great time. And the set up was perfect!

The quality of the furniture is great. The service from Shane Jerde, our sales associate, was outstanding. The delivery guys kept me updated and in the loop and delivered during the heaviest snowfall in Tennessee in decades. GREAT JOB!!

Shopping and ordering new bedroom furniture was made easy with Kevin’s help. We had researched several companies and pieces online. When we arrived at the store, Kevin was able to show us our top three choices, give measurements, look up availability time frames, and walk us through the payment and delivery options. The delivery crew arrived ahead of schedule and had the new bedroom furniture assembled and the room cleaned up in no time. We would highly recommend!!!

Nancy was very professional, kind and knowledgeable regarding every question we had and ensuring all our needs were met. We looked at other furniture stores but truthfully wasted time and came right back later in the day. Very inviting store! 10/10

Tyler is a rock star. We met Tyler in the store. His low pressure, informative sales approach was fantastic. Great listening skills. Tyler went the extra mile when he gave me his cell phone number. We didn't buy that day, but we've made three purchases since, all over phone or text. Tyler makes it easier to get what we need.

Trevor, Carlson & Arnett were incredibly friendly and efficient setting up our couch. They were ahead of schedule and had the couch assembled in about half an hour. Great service and great crew!

Had an excellent experience here! We've purchased furniture from many places and I appreciated how the sales folks were as helpful as you needed them to be. Never pushy and always have their opinion ready as requested. They have such a wide array of furniture for indoor, outdoor, and much more. We also had furniture delivered to our home and the installation was pretty seamless. I had an issue a few weeks later and they quickly repaired my furniture. End to end it was a great experience and great prices.

I bought a couch online from American Signature and had it delivered by the Madison, TN store. The online process was easy. I did custom order a fabric so took about month and a half to be delivered but expectations were set up front. American Signuature contacted me a few days before delivery to confirm date and address. The day of delivery I was informed multiple times via text about when my delivery was coming up until 10 minutes away (loved this and helped me put my pet easily before the team arrived). Delivery team was very professional and set up the couch in no time. 10/10 experience all around!

Today was my first time in American signature and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Shane was my consultant and he went over and beyond to help me and my mom with everything we needed help with, he was very knowledgeable, kind and patient, and he listened to what we had to say. This was the best experience I've had with buying furniture. Shane thank you again and the manger Julius was extremely kind as well.

My experience in the store was great because Jenn who is a manager in the store provided impeccable customer service. I received credit on an item that allowed me to buy the additional furniture I needed in my home and I’m able to get it quickly. I love American Signature.

We just purchased a dining room set for our new house and had a wonderful experience. Purchased a bed, mattress, and adjustable base with the help of Nancy. She provided awesome, non pushy sales service and was knowledgeable. Items were yet to be wrapped for pickup but the gentlemen in the back were very pleasant, apologetic, and careful with my items. Appreciate the positive customer experience.
