Michelle Cervantes is amazing she helped me in every way possible, from getting my feet measured on the new machine, showing me my high arch and all to getting the proper boot products I needed.
I will definitely be shopping here for all my future boot purchases she went above and beyond its nice to see someone that cares about their customers I encourage people to go and check out this location and ask for Michelle

The exceptional customer service I received at the Red Wing Shoes store added to the overall positive experience. The knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly the girl who assisted me, went above and beyond. She patiently answered all my questions, guided me in choosing the perfect pair of boots, and even provided valuable advice on insoles and comfortable socks. This personalized assistance enhanced my satisfaction with both the product and the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Went to this shop for the first time and my experience was 10 out of 10. Needed a pair of steel toe shoes for work and the lady there was very friendly and helpful. Put me on this machine that measured my feet and pressure points. Got some custom insoles specifically for me. Very fast service and I was in and out in the matter of 20 minutes. 100% would recommend anyone that are looking for steel toe shoes/boots for your work.

Went in for some athletic shoes, got scanned & measured for a perfect fit & insert suited to my arch. Some very nice & helpful ladies in this store! 👍

Great place. Nice, clean store. Staff exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. Nice variety of work boots and work shoes to choose from, complimented by a wear for 30-day trial. Not satisfied bring them back.

The young lady that assisted me was very professional and quick efficient and got me my best over all experience I've ever had when buying a boot , instead of going to a boot place and them shoving the most expensive pair they have and promising the world out of them , only to fail . She did the opposite and got me what is truly best and fits better than any other boot I've owned before , definitely won't turn back on redwings boots for now on .

She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter. She made sure I was getting the right size. Thanks to her I will be a life long customer!!!!

Ashley was not only very lovely, but also wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable about the various models of boot that I was looking for. Having a background in sales, I watched her use a formidable sales acumen, directing me to exactly what I needed. Anyone not yet convinced that Red Wing boots are for them will be convinced by her ability to communicate the technical and practical features of the product. When I had pinpoint questions, she had the answers, and the one time she was not entirely sure, she professionally deferred to Michael, who was equally knowledgeable and professional.
After I made my purchase, we spent several minutes just talking about my work, and while I do not know how it happened, the conversation evolved into British Royal family history, amongst other things. While most people would not be interested, Michael and Ashley at the very least very convincingly made me believe that that really were fascinated by what I was sharing, and THAT - the gift of gab and patiently listening to a customer be a total nerd - is as good as gold.

The people working there are awesome. They measured my feet for a perfect fit and asked questions about my job and helped me choose the perfect boot. Redwings are so comfy. I'll be back to buy more .

Kanecia D. Waited on us when we came through and ordered our meal. She was very helpful and gave amazing service, as well as recommendations on our food. Wingstop has the best Variety Flavored Wings and a Variety of Fries. The customer service at the 7th st location is the best, in my opinion.

The associate that helped us , Ashley, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I live local but would drive to get the treatment we had there. The store also was very clean and well presented .

I wear a very hard to get size boot, 6 1/2 EEE. The young man and lady that owns the store we're absolutely awesome to deal with. Even after having to order several different style boots and sizes to find a solid fit.

I came in today (4-21-18) to get a pair of black work shoes. The guy ( never got his name) was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend everyone looking for shoes to go!

I did all my purchase over the phone and had a daughter run by and pick up my boots, Michael made sure my size and style were correct, I have been a customer at the Texarkana TX Red Wing Store for decades, always very good customer service.

Great place to shop!! Last pair 2 years of everyday wear. Can't hardly wear them out. Got oxfords this time. Glad to see them back and in stock!! I've worn them for years!!
