While this store is a little overwhelming when you walk in, everyone is very nice and they have great prices. I had an issue with my fridge and they took care of it right away under warranty. I would definitely shop here again!

Excellant for knowledge and hard to find part's for appliance's installed in 1969. We plan to convert from split oven/stove top to regular stove soon as we re-modle kitchen. Most appliances dont last this long, they have been awesome but time for update and this is where we will buy new stove, plus other appliance's as needed. Stop by before you go to lowes or homedepot, you'll be glad you did. I believe this store will fit you'r wallet beauitifully.

Took my washer to them they were fast and explained what they did. Now it's take it home and try it out😊 so excited...price was great to fix it as well..

Called them to have someone check our refrigerator out and the lady on the phone actually hung up on me several times.. Noone has ever called me back nor came to check my refrigerator.. have called them several times..

I bought a washer and dryer from express about 4 years ago. Here recently my dryer went down and had them also check a valve on my washer while the technician Mike was there. Mike said he would order the parts and get back to me to get them installed. About 2 weeks later I called the store and asked if they had an ETA on my parts. He asked my name and address and said he could not find my ticket nor where any parts had been ordered. He then told me he would try and send someone back up to my house to recheck my dryer and washer. I told him this sort of pisses me off you lost my paper6and for two weeks we have been waiting with out our appliances. He then said " Fine, find someone else" and then hung the phone up on me ! Dont forget I bought these from this man and this is how is treated me. You try and shop local just to be treated like this. If anything changes I will update this status but I will be heading to Lowes or someone else if this is not made right. SAD and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MY MAN!
