McDonald's

Stopped by today to grab some breakfast after a 2 hour car ride.
Chris my cashier created a very pleasant experience with his quirkyness and an all around good energy.
I wouldn't have though much about it but this young man is a great example of how good customer service can make a whole experience worth stopping by.
Along with the speedy staff and fresh food!

Haven’t seen a McDonald’s ran like this one since 2006. Whoever was working at 6:57PM on 2/2/2024. The manager had the team in great spirits and the food was good. Ray Kroc would be proud!

Y’all ain’t gonna believe this but the ice cream machine worked!!! I believe I found the unicorn of McDonalds.
I was in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got my order. The food was hot and fresh when I received it and my niece was happy to get the ice cream I promised her. The employees are friendly and personable. I would recommend visiting them. Also, their employee Micheal Mead was awesome.

Any more when you visit a fast food place you expect mediocre at the very best. Tonight we were blown away by not only the service but the quality of food as well. Everything was perfect and fresh. We were so suprised considering we stopped at a Mc Ds, at 8 at night during a huge event. The manager was so good with her employees and went over and above to listen to each of our kids order and make them feel like the customer. We were honestly shocked at the entire experience. She killed it! And the food being fresh and not greasy/soggy was the cherry on top.

Great service! We mistakenly went inside to order because we had a large group (drive thru only Covid precautions currently). The staff were very nice, took our order inside and we got our food no problem. After we left with our correct orders, we realized our mistake (we misread the sign on the door)!

I appreciate the kindness of all the staff we interacted with, these are seriously difficult times for restaurant workers. They're doing it right here!

I ordered from the mobile app and although the money came off my card the order was no longer registering. The teen at the window and the manager both were very kind and helpful. They ended up giving me the order for free since it had already charged me once. Very professional and great staff!

I rarely ever have a problem at this McDonald's. They keep an eye on their soda machines, they pay attention when you order and are always friendly. The only slight issue is that sometimes they seem understaffed during the busy hours but that is the case at many fast food restaurants. All in all, a great place to eat!

We've been helping my granddaughter get to work, hey first customer of the day. Got to love it, food is always fresh, but that smiling face of Emily and her first class service made 5:00 perfect.

I left home without my wallet and ended up in Waverly for work I was really hungry and thought "Hey McDonald's has online ordering, the lady there told me about all the special deals they have in the app." So I placed my order and I used curbside pickup. They lady brought my food out and it was HOT and FRESH and she she was very kind. This has always been one of my favorite McDonald's they always go above and beyond for their customers!

Excellent customer service. The day manager was great and quickly took care of the minor issues we had. I wish I had her name she provided the best service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's!!!

I haven't had a Double Quarter Pounder in a very long time. It was very tasty. My family was also happy to know they still serve Southwest Salads even though we didn't see it on the menu.

The employees were efficient and friendly. I go here quite frequently. All I can say is download the McDonald's app. You will save tons of money and they give free stuff.

Good food and fast service but if you go through the drive through you better check your order because I have gotten home and taken everything out and about half of the order is missing. Now that will piss you off after driving 10 to 15 miles.

I went through drive through and was treated like a human and met the two most sweetest workers ever. I believe Exavier And Clay were their names. I am partial to the two as it is 🥰 Exavier was affected in the flood and his friend Clay(and mom)has been his rock. For him and his family. So proud of Exavier for his perseverance and eagerness to become independent during this disaster and super grateful that the McDonalds of Waverly Tn is here for Exavier and the community. Y’all rock. Ba da ba ba baaaaaaa I’m lovin it.

Mom really enjoyed her mcnuggets & hash brown, & REALLY enjoyed the sweet tea! I enjoyed my double blended mocha frappé & hash brown. Love how friendly they are there.

I went thru the drive thru everything was hot and fresh. There were 3 cars in front of me so time I got to window my order was ready. Good job!

Inside order, very clean, friendly service. Love their ice cream 🍦
