Consistent food and service.

Was a little slow in follow up requests but overall good experience.

I went there off the interstate while traveling because I know I can count on consistently good food and service. The bonus is that the bathrooms are always clean. This location is no exception. Very glad I stopped in.

Just came to the drive through. Andy took our order and his service was excellent. He took the time to clarify our requests to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and he seemed happy to do so.

A well run Chick-fil-A! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was accommodating. A high-level of service, as you come to expect from a Chick-fil-A. Our order was accurate. The food came out quickly.

Quick stopped here. Food, service, maintenance up to the mark.
Seems being Georgian, I just don’t like pach milkshake out of Georgia, just felt it didn’t match with GA. But no complaints.

We didn't realize what time it was and we decided to eat in - about 15 minutes into eating they were getting ready to close. You could tell they were low key irritated when they told us but we had already sat down and gotten half way through the meal - they were very much "please stay and finish eating, we just want you to know that it may get loud around you as we clean." They were still very nice and did exactly as they said bc I think most of the dining room was already cleaned so they had to finish around us. They were polite as always and I commend them on staying so even tho they wanted to get out of there - I totally get that - I appreciate them allowing us to stay and finish our meal!

Convenient location, just off the freeway, and easy to locate.
Had a long queue outside for the drive through. We decided to go in, and it was way quicker. Not much crowd inside.
Good service, and nice atmosphere.

We ordered a Togo catering tray of warm chicken tenders and they were great it was ready on time we ordered online only draw back is we had to go in could not pick up in drive through

Delicious! Chick-fil-A has always been good quality food and service... they will always be top tier employees! This morning I indulged in my second favorite breakfast food. And as usual I was not let down! So delicious 😋.

Chick-fil-A has cornered the market on quality, and this location is no exception. The food was great, the place was very clean (both the dining area and the bathroom), and it had cozy vibes. Each table had a little decorative planter that was customized with the town name. It was such a cute little touch.

Chick fil-a has the drive through experience down to a science. I can get through the drive through with minimal time waiting in the line. Their food is always what you expect and the friendly service of their employees make you feel like you're really appreciated as a customer. All in all I believe it's a good value for the money.

As always with each one I've gone to... It was perfect and fast. Our meal was great and the staff was friendly.

My wife and i stopped here for a break during a long dark rainy drive. I'm not exactly sure what was going on (i think people were coming off a swim team win maybe?) ...whatever it was, we stepped into a special place and time. The place was literally an oasis of good feelings and vibes. Happy people, happy staff, smiles, laughter. It was just what we needed, and we felt lucky to be guided here by providence at just the right time. Thanks Lenoir City and CFA!

Stopped by for dinner, very clean place and clean bathrooms. The service was quick. The lady who took our order was sweet and very patient with us as we ordered. Having always ordered our saved favorite through app, couldn’t recall what we normally order :) ! The store hours on google said open till 10pm, but the store seemed to closing at 8ish when we came in, with the staff cleaning up and men’s bathroom was closed. So not sure what the actual store hours are for dine in.

As usual, a great Chick-Fil-A experience. Courteous and efficient service, delicious food, clean and pleasant facility. Restrooms were clean. Has a neat little indoor playground for little ones too. Not far from the interstate, so it was an easy stop for us while traveling on I-75. Love Chick-Fil-A!

Great food, great service. They were very friendly. Service with a smile. I wish they would bring back the calendars.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The chicken is always cooked fresh and hot. The bacon is out of this world. I don't think I have never eaten at a cleaner "fast food" restaurant, period. The cross cut fries are always hot and amazing, never too much salt. I can not recommend this establishment enough. Where else can you go for a quick bite and get flowers on the table?

Stopped here on our way back to Ohio on vacation. We happened to stop in during rush hour and man is this Chick Fil A the epitomy of excellent service. This place was absolutely slammed with customers, but every employee appeared so calm and collected. Kudos to this particular location on working so well as a team!

This is the Chic Fil A everyone originally fell in love with. The first employee we encountered on our way inside, in the parking lot, was friendly; greeting us as soon as he saw us. The service we received on the inside was great too. They were fairly busy but the food came out fast. Bathrooms were spotless as was the rest of the restaurant. This review is more for the owner of the location - you have something special going with the type of staff you have! We spoke to owner briefly- he was actually going around the restaurant tidying up and helping customers. Top notch location!
