Nice people, very helpful with a hookup, I plan on using them again in your future and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs to use a trailer. Moved a bed chester drawers and a washer and dryer. The 6x12 trailer was more than adequate for the job, I love the ramp which has shocks for easy dropping to the ground and also helps you lift up was great for the washer and dryer that I had to move small moving dolly was great and move things right up the ramp no problems. I would recommend this to anyone that's moving furniture or anything heavy that you need to use a dolly with.

The owners where friendly but clueless and seemed to have a very laid back, "you're in the country" attitude. The 8 chickens around and in the shop added to this feeling. The lady running the desk had zero experience and didn't know what she was doing, nor able to answer basic questions. She wasn't familiar with the u-haul computer rental system, had to continually ask the "experienced" person about every step, and even after having been given all info on the vehicle that I was going to haul behind the truck I was renting for the next 2200 miles still managed to rent me the wrong trailer that was too short. What should've been a 15 min transaction turned into one lengthy enough for my wife to leave and do a shopping trip at the local WalMart. The "experienced" u-haul rep didn't walk me to the truck. He jumped into his car and drove out while I walked the lot and had to test each rig with the key given. ID markings of the truck are on the dashboard and not visible from the outside of the vehicle. He didn't have it pulled out (as has been my experience in the past), provide any instruction on vehicle, help set up mirrors, didn't check fuel level (this was reflected in online rental contract at drop off location), and seemed more involved in his phone than the job at had of renting a truck to a customer. The one positive aspect of this rental (through no effort or planning of the rental place itself) was that I had a unit that only had 900 miles on it with new tires. The car transport, however, had 3 good tires and one with a major drag mark flat spot on it like the trailer had locked up for a bit going down the road. Fortunately, the tire held and we made it from Tennessee to Oregon.
