This is in response to a comment Mr. Binkley had written. Yes when we arrived at Mr. Binkleys house, he pulled our empty truck in his yard with his jeep and stated when we left if we got stuck that he or someone else would do all they could do to get us unstuck but soon after his behavior and responses was completely a different story. Which follows him asking us to pay half but he acted so different as soon as we got his septic tank pumped. So basically he has two different personalities one before the job gets done and the other when the job is done.
This is in response to Ms. Stacy's comment, we have never told anyone $200 for a septic tank pumped out and as far as the lid is concerned, if the driver assured you it was on correctly, than it was.

Not only did they clean out septic out they helped us with a clog we still had in house. Super super nice and helpful

If I could give this service negative stars I would. First when I got the quote it was $200 when the guy gets here it's $250. I paid the $250 they cleaned my septic out and claimed to out the lid on right. We had heavy rain yesterday and you could see bubbles coming over the lid. They water drained when the rain stopped and I thought everything was fine. Just drained my tub from giving baths and now there is water coming out of the lid of the tank! I called and he is adamant that he put the lid on there right and that if it's full again I'm going to have to pay the $250 again! They are a joke! Don't use them hire a professional!!

We called them out to pump our septic tank well they pumped all the water out but left all the sewage and when we called and told them they left 3 ft of sewage in the tank they said your suppose to leave a little well I don’t know about you but 3 ft of sewage is not just a little bit left. So we asked them if they would come finish the job they got paid for already they said they would for an additional $250 so needless to say we did not have them come back out and we never will. I would recommend finding someone else.

Had them come to pump my septic tank. After pumping they got stuck in my yard with the truck. The owner told me to call a local wrecker service. On his request I did so. After the wrecker service finally got him out, and leaving my yard a complete disaster he just drove away and stuck me with a $100 wrecker bill!!! After calling the owner back he started cussing and calling me names!!! I would NOT have the is company EVER do anything for me again!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
