Walgreens Pharmacy

I appreciate them being open 24/7. They should however build a second one or make this store larger. Pharmacy staff is crammed in a tiny area. Also would be great if they had security at night for the staff.

They are there for me all the time. If I need to know anything, I feel comfortable calling to ask. Thank you.

I used my insurance company’s TeleMed and they electronically sent a prescription to Wal-Greens 24hr pharmacy. I am a pharmacy technician in Nashville but my pharmacy is closed on weekends so I chose Wal-Greens. I arrived approximately 30 minutes after ending my TeleMed call and was waited on promptly after the technician finished up with a patient at the drive-thru. I told the technician, Abby, that I was a new patient expecting an escribe. IT WAS ALREADY DONE! She confirmed my information and billed the RX through my insurance. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Seriously it took me longer to walk back to the pharmacy than it took to be taken care of! Thank you, Abby, for making my experience so easy and simple. I know for a fact it isn’t always so easy but I truly appreciate your excellent service.

ALL these guys are Walgreens on Madison Street Clarksville Tennessee are the best !! Especially the pharmacist at night , the reason I say that he is there by himself mostly and he handles it with the best professionalism and has always treated everyone as if they are the only one in there. I would recommend this pharmacy day or night to everyone

I have always been very satisfied with all the Walgreens stores. I have been to many of them for various reasons. The staff are always very nice and helpful.

I really like this Walgreen, it's always clean, pharmacy staff is always nice as well as the staff that works the rest of the store.

Great place to get your medications.

All stores are clean, well stocked, and well priced. They have just about anything a pharmacy /store should have. However, I've had very different experiences in each.

MADISON ST. open 24 hrs. Only one in town. I've been there late at night and they've always been nice and quick. Love that after an ER visit!

FT CAMPBELL BLVD store by DODGES
UPSIDE : They have great prices, huge selections, and stock every medication known to man.. DOWNSIDE looooong lines at pharmacy and extreme wait times on the phone. RARELY get an actual person iess than 20+ minutes of hold time. They lost the personal touch when they took over Rite Aid pharmacy customers base but corporate didn't see the need increase the staff. It's always crowded, they're always busy and Seems like an assembly line now instead of a neighborhood pharmacy like they once were.

TINY TOWN RD : my personal favorite. Didn't get as impacted by the Rite Aid buyout. Still friendly, not as long wait times, and the Staff actually remembers the regulars and greets by name.
This is something the ft Campbell Blvd store by Dodges has lost...They're too busy just keeping up that they've lost the ability to actually interact on any level.

Had to change my pharmacy to Walmart up the street bc the lines for Rx pick up at this Walgreens are insane. But I like the rest of the store. Always clean, organized, best staff and they always do a good job staffing the registers as soon as there is a line.

That's where I do business when I have to get prescriptions refilled or prescriptions ordered by my doctors. The store is clean and well stocked shelves and they have a variety of stock from make-up, perfumes to books and more.

Busy busy but effective and usually have what you need

They're pretty good about getting your prescriptions filled quickly, and I like the fact that you can order refills using the automated system or on the app on your phone. The app is also great for seeing your prescription history and if you have any refills. Also, they're open 24 hours and have a drive thru, which is convenient. However, they're quite expensive! I know medications are not cheap, and that's hardly their fault. But, before I changed pharmacies I was spending over $200 a month on medication. And, they didn't carry one that I take multiple times a day, which is what prompted me to switch. I guess the only other thing I have to say, which is unfortunately negative, is that it is like a mini Wal-Mart in there, and so.etimes getting out without an impulse buy or needed item is difficult. If it's something you need and you can grab it quickly, then that's all good. But, you're definitely going to pay for the convenience.
