Second time we have had to go to a branch and Lili is wonderful! We forgot some documents the first time and couldn't get everything done but worked with her both times and she is great. I can't stress enough how friendly she is and went above and beyond for us. We're 90 minutes from a branch and will keep using BOA because their customer service can't be beat.
