I absolutely love talking and dealing w these ladies at Munseys pharmacy and Jim is the easiest pharmacist to talk to. He and the ladies up front has made my pickups so easy and pleasant, as I have never experienced this at any other pharmacy always something !!!!! at other places. Not here so easy!!! So I’d recommend Munsey Pharmacy highly!!!!

Absolutely love Jim and all the staff at Munsey! My work has utilized Munsey for years. They are fast, efficient, and so easy to talk to. So many times we have needed medications that were back ordered or hard to get, Munsey has always been diligent to give us status updates on when medications would be back in stock but also the ones to have them in stock when so many other pharmacy’s didn’t.
Personally, I have also used Munsey for my family’s needs. Currently there is a National shortage on certain antibiotics. They were able to compound this antibiotic for my child when no one else in Oak Ridge or Knoxville had it in stock! They are life savers. I highly recommend them!

Got my Covid booster and flu shot here, staff were all lovely and kind. The lady who gave me my shots was very sweet and easy to talk to.
Definitely appreciate them having a room to give shots privately instead of in a general waiting area.

Here they are friendly and helpful. Dr. Munsey calls me by my first name and greets me whenever he sees me. I have used several pharmacies in the past and there is simply no comparison to Munsey Pharmacy; the others treated me like a number. They are prompt in notifying me that my prescriptions are ready for pickup or delivery. They delivered a prescription to me last week when I couldn't make it in to the store. I am very impressed with the small town treatment from this pharmacy. I heartily recommend Munsey Pharmacy!

I received my RSV vaccine with out any pain or discomfort. Staff as usual were courteous and helpful.

Everytime I get my prescriptions, they are all so nice. I've been a patient at Walgreens, CVS and Kroger and I get treated poorly every time with LLOOOONNNNNGG waits. The staff at Munsey's are kind and actually care if you're getting your medicine taking care of quickly and courteously. I've been with them for 15 years and I'm not going anywhere soon. Jim Munsey is a great guy and will do anything to take care of a customer. And Munsey's was the first to give COVID vaccines in the area. I think that was very impressive, as did one of the local TV stations.

They are always extremely helpful and friendly. Never had an issue getting a prescription filled.

Love muncy's pharmacy! The owner and his brother are so nice and they actually care about the people that come in there business. They give you a discount price if you are getting things filled there for a long period of time. The entire staff is very helpful and caring I would recommend this place for everyone if they want a great pharmacy to go to!

I have received all of my Covid vaccines from Munsey's. The staff and pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable and always concerned about patient health conditions.

First experience going to munsey pharmacy I was a walk in never been there before treated me with respect and also filled my prescription no problem and in a timely manner all staff was extremely friendly also spoke to pharmacist very well standing man and respectful believe I will start to fill here everytime form here on out price on medication was little higher than my old pharmacy but well worth the couple extra dollars for the good hospitality

This pharmacy took Me in. When I was turned away from nearly 40 other local pharmacies. The wait is never longer then 10-20 mins. Friendly staff for the most part. I've went here for over a year now. And if your looking for a good one, it's here at Munsey's in OakRige. I highly recommend them to ANYONE. Remember, some patients abuse there medications. So don't try that here. These people try there best to TRUELY HELP anyone with there meds. Christian people work on staff to make it even better! Thanks Munseys.

I have had nothing but positive experiences! i started going to Munsey's for a hormone compound. they told right up front compounds take at least 24 hours. well if i call it in i get a call that day saying its done and i can come pick it up. i started getting my other medications there and have had no problem what so ever. one time i was out of my blood pressure medication and they made sure that i didn't go with out until my doctor could call in a refill, who by the way was on vacation. the staff is so nice and know me by my name every time i walk in the door. i recommend Munsey pharmacy in oak ridge to anyone looking for a good home town pharmacy!!

Munsey pharmacy is a amazing place to come family oriented and treats there employees and costumers like family. They go out of there way to help there costumers any way they can.
