Bruce the pharmacist is very helpful and compounds medicine also.

Oh and we got out covid booster and flu shot here.
The techs are all friendly and helpful. We won't go anywhere else.

this is the best pharmacy i have ever used . ive used the big ones and a few small ones. the staff and owners are wonderful and so very nice and helpful. they deliver and the delivery driver is very nice as well.. i would advise anyone to use them. I cant say enough good things about them.. id give them 10 stars if i could.. God bless them!!!

The staff at Mac’s treats you like a neighbor . If you are tired of being just a number in a corporate database,Mac’s is the place for you . This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with .

I never realized that pharmacies could be like this to be honest. I was extremely impressed when I walked in. I love the way it looks, how friendly the staff is, and how you can buy unique little things in there, almost as if this place is part general store than just regular pharmacy. Speaking of which, they sell a jam here called Traffic Jam, and it’s FANTASTIC. I love jam in general, but this is one of the best ones I’ve ever had.

Mac's Pharmacy is BY FAR the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. Here, unlike Walgreens nor CVS, they actually treat you like a human and like you are somebody. Jessica is a sweetheart and will greet you by name every time you come in for a fill. Great staff! A+++ keep it up, I'll never frequent any other pharmacy chain.

I am so happy I switched my family to Macs Pharmacy. ALL of the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience great. They let me know when I’m out of refills or if I would like a refill because I’m about to run out. When my husband and I had Covid-19 a few weeks ago they went out of their way to make sure we had our steroid that day even though they didn’t have it in stock. They have gone online to get me a discount card because my migraine medicine is thousands of dollars. I can’t say enough about Bruce and his whole team.

I love this pharmacy! The entire staff is very personable and the pharmacist does everything he can to help you. I am so glad that they opened their pharmacy in Oak Ridge. Our daughter is a pharmacist in GA, so we know what a professional, knowledgeable and patient-centered pharmacist should be like.

Everyone at Mac’s in oak ridge is always SO nice. Any time I get put on something new, the pharmacist comes out himself to tell me about side effects, when to take it, etc. All the employees are so sweet and pleasant, and make my trip great :) I was wary about switching from a big chain pharm to a local chain pharm, but I’m so glad I did!

Mac’s Pharmacy is a pure gem to have in Oak Ridge. The service is professional and quick They take the time to get to know you and that means a lot to me. The products they have in the store are AMAZING!! You must try the Elderberry syrup and the amazing jams and salsas! So much to explore at this amazing pharmacy.

Given life is crazy, ordered, called said I had screwed up, they had it ready for me that afternoon
FYI, compounding they normally request 3 days advance notice but the Oak Ridge store pulled it off for me!

Mac's has all of the feels of a hometown pharmacy that knows each and every customer. They go above and beyond for me everytime we interact and I am very appreciative of their services. Highly recommend them!

I cannot begin to say enough about Mac's. My grandparents began using their parent company!!!. I've lived in other areas and was forced to use other pharmacies. NO one can compare to Mac's and Lowe's pharmacies. Yesterday. I started a new job but needed my prescription. I called them. One thing about Mac's. They KNOW their customers. They said well hello Jill. How are you??? You are treated like family. They delivered my prescription. After hours because they knew I needed it. THEY TRULY CARE!!! The big pharmacy chains do NOT do that. If you are on this website trying to find a pharmacy. Look no further. You've found a HOME.

Excellent customer service Bruce and his team is great friendly people. Care about you as a patient not the money. Switched to them amd been happy since I did they also offer free delivery.
