Oak Ridge Pharmacy

Excellent local business. My family went there to get flu shots and everyone was extremely friendly. For a flu shot, the process was quick & easy. No complaints at all. We've only been a couple of times at this point and haven't had to fill any prescriptions, so I can't speak to that, but it's definitely a much better customer experience compared to the chain pharmacies.

Wish I'd changed from larger chains to this amazing pharmacy sooner.

The level of personal customer service here is phenomenal! Every person is the store knows your name, shows genuine concern for you and and your family’s, and makes you feel like family. Saad, the pharmacist, always takes time out of his day to say hello regardless of who is helping me. Brittany, one of the techs, is always extremely helpful. Alison, another tech, goes above and beyond to find coupons and ensures I’m paying the cheapest price for my more expensive medicines. I cannot give enough praise to how wonderful everyone in this business is! You can tell the enjoy their jobs, it shows in the level of care you receive here for all your pharmaceutical needs.

These folks are absolutely awesome! They know what customer service means and go above and beyond to make sure my family is well taken care of. They prove it can still be done! Thanks so much to all at Oak Ridge Parmacy!!

Unfortunately, my only interaction had been getting several Covid rapid tests over the past year for myself and my family (I live in Knoxville), but each and every visit I have been impressed with their customer service and I would even go as far as to say their empathy as well. Highly recommend - especially for Covid testing.

Great Mom and Pop owned business that does an amazing job at meeting the needs of their customers. I switch from a very large pharmacy to avoid the crowd and the drive-thru lanes. Excellent folks working there.

I cannot brag enough about how amazing they are!
My son gets sick a LOT. He also has epilepsy. I've never had to wait over 15mins for a prescription, even when JUST called in.
Also, I broke a bottle of my son's epilepsy medication after his night dosage and they worked with insurance to get me another bottle asap, even made sure he had his morning dose.

If you are looking for an establishment that truly CARES about you the customer and not about your money then you have found the right location. This place is conveniently located and has quality merchandise as well as professionally competent and tremendously friendly staff. I happen to know the owner very well (and was not asked to write this by the way). I also just happen to know without question that this place is top notch and I stand behind them 100%. Your health is important and your quality of life should be equally as important. I have no reservations recommending you or anyone to Oak Ridge Pharmacy. It is so nice to go to one place with my needs and questions and find everything I need. Chris.T

For the past 3 months, Walgreens has been giving me all kinds of issues giving me my medication. I thought for the longest time it was my doctor’s office making the mistake, but nope! It was Walgreens! I visited my doctor and they told me it would be sent to Oak Ridge Pharmacy instead. Stepping in there right away, I felt at home, cared for, and welcomed properly and nicely! The lady at the front desk was super helpful, told me everything I needed to know about this medication (which I already know, I’ve been taking it for years now) but she seemed so happy to do her job, and it make me happy, so I listened. She was super sweet, and the pharmacy, itself, had an all-around comfortable vibe to it. I’m changing pharmacies from Walgreens to Oak Ridge Pharmacy!

Always fast, always friendly. Super helpful pharmacists and staff. They even had treats for my dog! Best pharmacy in town. Switch now, you won’t regret it.
