I must say hands down I had a wonderful experience. I just moved back to Texas and I’m usually good about having extra makeup on hand. Well I ran out and I needed some before the next day. Went to ultra an hour before they closed. Ms Brie took great care of me. I told her my concerns and before I finished she knew what shade and brand to get me. She took her time with me didn’t rush at all. The conversation was great. Even the two young ladies that checked me out was awesome. Ulta you truly have a gem here she needs a raise, promotion or something. Brie please continue what you do and follow your dreams!!!

Came in without an apt was told they had no availabilities but right when i went to leave Melissa Honeycutt said she could give me a haircut. She was great! I have very thick hair and she knew exactly what to do and i left with my hair feeling soft and managable. She took her time and didnt rush my cut like alot of stylist do. I will be using her services from now on!

I decided to get me a beginners kit today and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kayla for showing me around and giving me recommendations to start!

This ulta has THE BEST eyebrow girl!!! She’s the only one I will let do my eyebrows. She takes her time with you and holds amazing conversation. Go see Briana if you want your brows in good hands!!

I had the best experience I've ever received at Ulta with Damonte (I think I'm spelling it wrong). He was so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about the products and the look I was going for. I didn't want anything complicated or difficult to use. I had asked for a color match and he got it on the first try, which was unheard of every other time I've interacted with employees.

Previously when asking for a color match, employees would barely test it on one side or corner of my face, not even offer to do the other side and I would have to ask for a makeup wipe so I don't walk around with half a face of makeup.

This time though, he took such care to apply foundation and concealer on both sides so I would know exactly how it looks before purchasing the products. He's meant for greater things, but while you have him, appreciate him. He's hands down one of your best assets.

Went to see Martha for coloring and a cut and had a great experience with her. The salon experience was perfect and relaxing. The salon at this store is great and the stylists keep me coming back.

I Just had the best experience getting my eyebrows done with Briana she really transformed my brows 😍😍, she told me about the Benefit brow powder and pencil so I can do my eyebrows on my own, she showed me exactly how to use it!

Miss Martha never disappoints.If you’re looking for a new stylist that loves doing fun colors and cuts book with her! There isn’t anything this lovely lady can’t do.

Damber was AMAZING. My wife speaks no English and damber went high and low to make her happy. Even ripped her pants lol. We tried to tip her but she REFUSED to take it. Very funny and helpful made my wife’s night

I just left the Ulta in Harker Heights Texas and I must say it wasn’t experience. All of the staff were so surprisingly kind and beautiful. The managers turned into my needs and send me the direction I needed definitely a place to go for the ultimate make up beauty experience. APRIL was so attentive. She has such a beautiful kindness about her. And she is of course beautiful!

The few times I've been inside, the staff has been über friendly and ready to assist. Purchased a castor oil item and when I was able to try it out, the item didn't seem that different than the castor oil I typically purchase. I returned the item with no issues or hesitation. Once again the staff was more than willing to help and made the process seemless 👍🏾

Brielle was amazing helping me with what I needed . She listened to what I was saying. I will definitely be going back and looking for her.

Customer service was nothing short of fantastic today! Brielle ( or maybe Brieanne) was a dream. She was kind and patient when color matching me. I am a woman of color and finding that perfect foundation that matches can be tricky. Please be sure to acknowledge this young lady. I'd love to spend more money at this location with reps assisting customer as she did!

Love this place but it's so expensive! I wish there were more perks for all the money spent.

The 2 ladies who helped me were fabulous! I wanted some perfume and I described what I was looking for. They helped me test a few and I found 2 that were perfect, day and night. I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to the perfumes at that moment so they suggested the roller bottles. Now that I've used them I will go back for sure!

It's been awhile since I visited my local Ulta and they have a lot of new associates working there now! Noel is the "go-to" guy for all of your favorite fragrances and even will help you out picking new fragrances as well Lei-loni, she is your Clinique Specialist and she was such a joy in helping me as well...but I cannot leave a review and not mention Lisa!! She is such a joy every time I visit, she has been assisting me for the last couple of years and she is awesome!!! I hope this triple threat is there to help with my next visit!!! They are hands downTHE BEST!!!

This must be a great place, my wife and daughter always "need" to go to Ulta Beauty. LOL

The staff is so friendly, and the makeup artist who color matched me got my exact shade, it looks like skin!

I went to browse the other day and bumped into Noel in the fragrance department. Very knowledged on the scents n had me walk away with a Gucci flora magnolia magnificent smell! Great job Noel!

Love going to this store. Everyone working there is nice and willing to help when needed. Definitely my goto for beauty products.
