Muy delicioso! This visit was to kill time while the truck was receiving repairs at Tire Discounters next door and I enjoyed the carne asada, which was enough for three meals for me.

Congratulations Taco Boy for surviving 10+ years in a dead location (any location where a restaurant has failed at least three times). Making a left onto Campbell Station can seem like a nightmare at certain times of the day.

With the top shelf food and service they provide, I suspect they'll thrive another 10 years.

I’ve been looking for a taco place with authenticity since I moved to Knoxville from San Diego and I’m happy to say I finally found it! Great little place to spend your taco Tuesday. They have all cerveza options on draft (modelo, Pacifico, Dos Equis, corona etc). Great service, big menu, great asada and pork street tacos.

Spacious for Mexican and great margarita and food was really tasty and fresh. Server was very attentive. Chips were great and salsa had the right amount of kick with tons of flavor. Want to head back to try more of the large menu

I highly recommend this Farragut gem. Looks like a hole in the wall from outside. Inside there’s lots of reasons to keep coming back!

Today we had the chicken fajita nachos and they were incredible. Great tea, too.
Can be hard to exit and go left. Heads up. Worth it even on busy Campbell Station Road.

Some of the best street tacos i have ever had. Service was super quick, and the manager checked in on us to make sure everything was good. 100% one of the best places for a good lunch. Try the pork stomach!

My fiancé and I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! Out of all the other Mexican restaurants, we definitely think this one is the best. The server was so kind and the food was amazing. It wasn’t just your typical, normal Mexican food flavors. They really add some extra flair or something because everything is so great! You also get plenty of food to take home for later :)

The food was really good and the staff is really nice and attentive. If I had to say one thing as an opportunity it’d be cleanliness of the space. Granted it’s a sports bar too so if you can get past that like I said the food is great and I’ll definitely be coming back.

🤤....WOW ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STREET TACOS EVER! Staff was fast, friendly, fun, efficient, energetic, engaging, and overall the best staff I have had the pleasure of being around. Super welcoming. Food was incredible!!! And you absolutely must get the large margaritas 🍹!!!! You will not be disappointed. I will be back solely for this resturant! Love love loved it!!!

The food is excellent. Kids menu has great options. Margaritas are of good size and reasonably priced. Service is good. The only negative is the entrance/exit to the parking lot can be tricky due to location.

Fast, friendly service with a great Mexican food taste.

The chips and salsa were fresh tasting and they offered unlimited refills.

Despite being busy, my order was taken within a reasonable amount of time and the food was delivered hot and full of flavor.

Most surprising was the price of the lunch chimichanga with rice and refried beans. Very affordable. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Look - it's an absolute hole in the wall, and it's amazing. Fantastic margaritas, great food, and friendly service. This is THE place to go for Mexican food. The Camarones a la Diabla is stellar - but don't skip on Carnitas or Chili Verde.

Great food - nachos- but service was a little hit and miss. The "University" Street signs in the booths was an interesting touch. I'd go again if only to see if service was better at other times of day.

Food has been wonderful every time I go there. Meals are reasonably priced, service is friendly and professional, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

First time going to Taco Boy tonight and they did not disappoint. My server, Louis, was excellent. The service was swift and he was nice. I ordered the authentic Mexican tacos (asada) as well as the cheese dip and they both were delicious! The onions/cilantro and salsa come on the side. Be careful because the salsa is spicy. It’s very good though!

Somebody call the cops, because this is criminally under-rated. A 4.6? Get the heck out of here. These were without a doubt the best street tacos we've had East of the Mississippi, and I'll fight anyone who thinks Knoxville has a better one.

The chips were so fresh, you could still feel the heat coming off them. The salsa, a perfect balance between blended and chunky with the right notes of cilantro. The tacos had enough heat to make you feel something, but not so much as to be unpleasant.

Top it all off with the friendliest staff around, and you've made a Taco Boy out of me. Go ahead and blacklist anyone who gave this less than 4 stars, because they can't be trusted.
