Walmart Neighborhood Market

I just want to say thank you to a sweet young lady named Malak working at the self-checkout she was very very helpful today while I had a screaming child and another one running around she helped me with my groceries, coupons, my gift cards she helped me with everything and made it all smooth. She is a perfect example of customer service. Thank you Malak, you are exquisite! I appreciate you so very much!

I love having the market so close to my house, I don't like the supercenter due to the crowds and it's so big it's difficult to find what I need but the market is great! Same prices but it's simply a grocery store and this particular location has a great selection, produce is typically in good shape and the employees I have dealt with have been very nice and helpful!

I love shopping at the neighborhood market. So close to home. Wide selection of food. Quick in & out. Very friendly staff.
Store is always clean and well stocked.

I only do grocery pick up, but they always have the nicest grocery personnel that bring my groceries out. Plus I have never had to wait very long.

I always pick up groceries from here and Brandon who runs the online grocery side is awesome! Highly suggest making this your store - he will take care of you!

Whuz up guys ! I love this Walmart Neighborhood Market in Highland Plaza. The staff is very diverse consisting of males, females, black white, and other ethic groups. I love this 😍. Management got it right ! It simply proves we all can get along. This Walmart got it right lol.👍. I shop there about three days a week picking up fresh salads. The employees are always the same, working as usual. However they always 😊 with a friendly hello. They know Mr. C. personally from being a regular customer. You know any one of us 💕 to be recognized. It gives you a good feeling of importance......... Especially if you are spending 💰. The customer service is 😎. It's a good feeling to see the same workers. I had a hard time finding gluten free bread so I asked a nice lady who was putting up stock in the dairy section where I could find it. She told me it was on row 16 or 17. I looked up and down the rows but could not find it. So I went back to the nice lady and ask her again. She said she could not leave her station for long because she had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it. I told her I understand completely as I used to work for Walmart a very long time ago. So I know how it is when you get behind on something. But she still led me to the aisle and help me find what I was looking for. I thank her very much I just wish I could remember her name. Nice lady if I see you again I was sure to give you a gigantic thank you!

Convenient shopping... good prices. I think Walmart has made a good start in the organic food area by carrying several certified organic products. Ground beef and eggs are important ones. I need to see this happen in the way of milk cheese, pork and chicken as well. Please make these sustainably sourced food items available. Thank you!

I love Walmart it's a great place to shop

First time I've been to a neighborhood market at Walmart. It was not bad, I really like that it was more compact and things were easier to find. I was going for food not for office supplies, school supplies, and everything else. So this was nice having food and not all that other stuff. There's a few things that are not food items obviously, but if you're going just for food this is what works. The store was very nice and clean. All the employees were very helpful and nice.

Did order pick up! It was quick and easy. We pulled into the space and because I had tracker on they knew I was there and came out with my groceries! The Walmart associate was very friendly and courteous! Will Definitely order from them again!!

someone let a bag of doiritoes In the men's bathroom. There are a few left if anykne wants some. They're the blue ones, i like the orange ones btw so it wasn't me!! The orange ones are out of shelf btw please refill. Sorry for the mess. The bag open itself when i walked in and they went everywhere. I try to clean up and pick off the floor but the bathroom was covered with blue doritoes. A lady walked in and saw me si i had to leave quick. Not sure why there was so many girl in the men bathroom. Guess Ron was busy!!!

Why ever go to a super center if you only need groceries? I love the ease of in and out shopping. They have an aisle of baby, feminine products, dog food, and first aid products but I dont feel like I'm trapped in huge lines and I'm not overwhelmed by the huge amount of items and aisles. Shopping made easy.

Everyone had a mask on! They had a security guard assigned outside...in the Tennessee hot sun... Making SURE masks were worn and social distancing was followed!! (Which was nice!!) Plenty of sanitizing hand gel and wipes available. All isles were stocked, neat and clean. When checking out, only (2) people didn't follow social distancing. But they were reminded very quickly by everyone else LOL!!

As always this store is great very convenient. I was in and out in no time very clean and staff is always helpful and friendly. I have shopped this store since the doors opened and will continue to do so.

Great Walmart Online Grocery location.

You can buy online and then park at their online pickup parking area. They will bring your groceries to you. At this time, no tip allowed and no extra fee for the service. It's a very nice option.

With the Online ordering and pickup, the food is all nice and fresh. As if I had picked it all out myself. No spoiled produce, no cracked eggs.

The Online Ordering staff are all great and very nice.

Store is always very clean and the staff are very friendly. Never had a bad experience here. They also carry plenty of non-grocery items such as dog food, lights, batteries, hair products, etc. The pharmacy is also very well run.
