1st time visit as I had to change my provider. Very unhappy with. But I love this place. Very thorough about my meds and my health. Explained Very well with the questions or concerns. I'll definitely recommend. Very happy I chose them.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Christie Patterson always listens and tries to explain to my understanding of the issues and questions I throw at her
The wait time after check it is very short, you are never rushed by t you are usually in and out in a timely manner.
There are a few things that needs attention
The lobby is always so cold, no heat at all!

She an her staff are excellent they listen an take time to talk over your issues. I would recommend her to anyone.

Was thankful to get an appointment on short notice. Christie and staff listened well, never made me feel stupid or like I was overreacting. I did not feel like they were in a hurry or that they were rushing through the appointment.

Christy has been my PCP for a long time. The staff and herself are great assets to the Waverly community. I showed up almost an hour early to my appointment by mistake, and they got me right back and with her in a matter of minutes. I feel heard, validated, and cared for when she is in the room. I highly recommend Christy and her staff!

Have been using King Family Medical for over 6 years now with no issues. Transferred here from Baton Rouge and they immediately began refilling my meds upon first visit based on my detailed medical history. Not a specialist, of course, but has freely discussed specialists for 2nd opinions and more detailed issues; completely satisfied with her recommendations. Christie has been great but there has been occasional staff issues that they correct.

Always friendly caring concerned and will listen and offer ideas for better health.
