Excellent customer service, decent selection for a small location, and they were the only ones within a two hour drive in any direction who had the game I needed to purchase for a Christmas gift in stock. Even GameStop online customer service (it'd be a bad review if I were being asked to review that experience) finally admitted they had no idea when they'd have it back in stock to ship after saying they had 4 copies available for ship but supposedly none for pick up when I placed the order.

The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Never had a bad experience and have been a pro member for YEARS!

Dude that was working when we went was great! Severely understaffed when more than a few people came in but he handled it well! Kudos, buddy.

A new guy employee helped us with outstanding customer service which he didn't miss a beat. He was so helpful & kind. He definitely gives a new meaning of what customer service is all about & I'm so happy that he was there to help us find everything that we needed & answered all our questions. We definitely will continue to shop here & tell all our friends were they can go to receive quality customer service.

Amazing service! I can’t remember the 2 employees names, a young girl and a guy, but they honestly deserve 10 stars! After the rude gentleman at Arkansas side game stop refused to help me and told me there wasn’t anything they could do, these guys came through!! Great customer service and pleasant to deal with. I’ll drive a few extra miles for that kind of service!

The manager is fair and treats customers with a lot of respect. Enjoyed my last visit. Would go back again.

I love gamestop. They are so helpful and friendly! I love that I can get rid of the games that I don't want/ need. Then I can get more that I do want/ need. I enjoy finding new games- both physical and digital. George is my favorite but I am biased. ;)

The cashiers are so friendly, and personable. They kept me well informed of my purchase and even let me know about a certain new policy that may take effect soon. Love this place :)

Told me I pick my Madden up at 12:01 got to store at 11:50 set in park lot watching 2 girl work inside till it was 12:05 rock on door they act like the can't hear they cut light off in kept working I could been sleep i just got offwork in stand up to get my game ☹☹ in ain't got nothing😏😏 but everything else cool at the store 😏😏♂‍🤷🏿♂‍🤷🏿😂😂 I be there n morning 😂😂

Quick and easy transactions. Very kind customer service. Only issue is all the upselling that they have to do. I would recommend this GameStop to anybody though. They will work with you to get the best deal. Really enjoyed my experience.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Any time I go in, they're always letting me know of any special that they're running and always trying to help me save as much money as possible.

The staff here are always very helpful. I do enjoy they make the extra effort to find what we are looking for and have it shipped to the house.
