AT&T Store

I've always had great service at this location, but this last time was exceptional. We were in a tight spot after our old phones were unexpectedly disconnected. We called the store and got very helpful advice from John. Once we made it into the location, we also experienced wonderful service from Ted. He helped us get a brand new account set up with new phones and new numbers, answered all of our questions, and was super friendly and efficient. We were very impressed with both John and Ted, and will definitely be coming back to the Richmond Rd location in the future!

Roberta went above and beyond her responsibilities while assisting me with updates to my plan. She is the gold standard of what customer service should look like. Always polite and pleasant to deal with. She also speaks you through the process so you don’t feel left in the dark. Afterwords she assisted me with choosing a new device and displayed great knowledge on every product I inquired about. A lady named Kayla was also a large help and displayed great leadership and guidance while maintaining the most pleasant attitude. I am extremely grateful for the help provided by these two

The associate Ted Ernest Donaldson was very informative and interesting to talk with. I'm glad that he was able to help with pairing my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 15+ phone.

I've purchased my new phone at this store all because of Gracie the sales person she was so accommodating and pleasant. I haven't been treated that well since I started using AT&T .
Gracie was very knowledgeable about the phone I purchased and also about the special two week trial with DIRECTV which I did wind up bringing home with me and she had everything set up for that which was great. She told me how to connect to the TV and I am watching it now.

So we have had out phones for almost 13 years... we had S10s. And we had put off getting new ones because the process is just so hard and expensive. We waited until we could not anymore. Today we met with Tanner and he helped make the process super easy! He found some ways to save some money and was super helpful! Process to upgrade and trade in was as smooth as I have ever seen it! Thanks Tanner!

Roberta Pennington was absolutely amazing from start to finish she made both my daughter and I feel like family along with all the other wonderful things. If you need a new phone or would like to switch over please give her a shout !!!

Have dealt with Ms.Roberta a few times for all my cellphone needs. She has always been absolutely amazing and professional everytime. I'll make sure to always use her and ask for her when I go in to upgrade and purchase new items.

I came in to transfer my phone number over and upgrade to a new phone. At the store a man named John helped us, he answered all our questions, helped us pick out accessories for my new phone, and was all around super kind and friendly! Amazing service, I will definitely recommend this store and John in particular.

John at Richmond site was great. I called made an appointment he immediately started getting our phones switched over. He was very patient with the small delay we had. He got my husband and I all fixed up with our new service with att. Great job guys!

My husband and I had the best experience with a sales lady named Grace. She answered numerous questions we had about our phones and bill, in addition to helping us find accessories. She was kind and had tremendous patience. It was a really nice visit.
