Wendy's

An absolute disaster. Clerk was in slow motion. No coffee. In slow motion while preparing to process. Never a word spoken. I had to ask for cream and sugar. She dumped cream on the counter. I asked about sugar. She pointed. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. No wonder there is so little business. Not a single person in restaurant when we arrived, Two men came in while we were there.

I recently went to Wendy's drive thru and ordered my dinner. I got home and my order was not right. It was late so I returned the next day and explained what happened. I brought the sandwich to show proof that it was wrong. The manager was very nice!!! They gladly replaced my sandwich and gave me a free order of baconator fries for my troubles. I have always been treated well, but you have to remember, the way you treat others has a huge impact on how you are treated. We all make mistakes!!!!

I had the strawberry salad and it was very good . I will definitely be getting another one.

Had a lovely experience here, travelling through with my children while on holiday from London. Shimira was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She had helpful suggestions about the menu (the Cobb salad was just what I was looking for!) and was so sweet and polite. It made a lovely break on our road trip. Thank you.

The best ever Wendy's Burger here. First Wendy's I ever went to that had a burger that looks worthy of their ads and tasted just as amazing as it looked.

The new GM was very friendly and introduced himself as the new GM. He thanked us for stopping by and told us that he hoped we would return. The food also was hot and fresh. The woman's bathroom had only one still working though because the other was stopped up.

This Wendy is usually pretty good but today not so much. Cashier had attitude. Not pleasant at all. The freestyle drink machine was acting up, super slow. We got our food and it was the right order but parts of the bread were hard.
The inside was clean. Never used restroom bc customers came in stinking up the place of weed.

Shamiria made our quick stop for lunch a real treat. She was so kind. The gentlemen who helped with our food was as well. Be like, Shamiria - she greeted our family with smiles, compliments and just pure joy. Food was fresh and delicious.

Staff was nice. Food was hot. Inside service was fast enough

Wendy's in Darlington FINALLY has a good night manager! I went through the drive-thru tonight after 10:30, got all the food I ordered, the service was very nice and friendly, AND my fries were still hot when I got home despite the long line!

What can I say, Wendy's may be the only fast food place that hasn't let me down. Yes there has been times when u couldn't get certain items but the food quality is always on point.

This Wendy's is Great! Thanks Alisha for taking our order for pickup at the door since we were pulling our camper and not able to go thru the drive thru window. The food was hot and fantastic. Alisha was very friendly!!! Highly recommend! Best fast-food in Darlington!!!

Would like the to thank the Manager Abby for getting me in and out the store and the food was delicious!!! She is a very good and amazing worker keep up the good work!!!

Awesome. The food was great. The service was outstanding. Had a really wonderful time. Will definitely be going back when I get near this store. They Crew that worked on this day was definitely the best team they have. Enjoyed everything.

I ordered a jr bacon chz burger, and It was delicious.. it brought back memories when I used to eat them back in the 90s. Thank you.. and that was in Georgia..

Nice and clean place fully stocked

I love that I can order ahead on the app and just pick it up in the drive thru. Plus with every purchase you get reward point and they have great rewards to choose from to use towards your points.

Wendy's I don't know what'sup but you're a fast food restaurant but something has happened. Drive through is a extremely long wait go inside and the same thing entirely too slow this was a 5star restaurant. Whats wrong WENDY'S?
