I get to one of our houses today to find the house completely flooded from a burst water heater. We had been gone on vacation. I was borderline hysterical and serve pro showed up within an hour. They were absolutely unbelievable! They had the mess cleaned up and had started on the repair within the evening. They stayed until late into the night shoring everything up. I highly, highly recommended them!

Max and his team cleaned all my carpets and rugs in just a few hours! They look and smell brand new. They did an amazing job and were so friendly. Definitely recommend ServPro!

I was so panicked when Cadence and his co-worker arrived. Cadence, is perfect for this job ! Very soft spoken, reassuring and professional. My husband was out of town when this happened and Cadence came in clutch and helped calm me down by simply talking to me and explaining things. I’m so appreciative! Thank you, Servpro!!

We were so pleased with Servpro when our laundry room and hallway flooded. They came within 2 hours from the time we called them. They accessed everything and started immediately taking the water out, the damage flooring, and the sheet rock. They went through all of the processes of drying everything out over the next four days with their special equipment.
Cadence was very thorough and professional, he checked in with us everyday until the process was finished.

The two gentlemen cadence in his helper, were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were kind, and I would definitely use Servpro again.

Max did it again!! Once moved into this house, I figured that we needed new carpet in our master bedroom. Time had went by and we kept putting it off. I seen a Servpro FB post about carpet cleaning so I figured we would get it cleaned now before the holidays and then get new carpet afterwards! Not only did they get on the ball and call me right away, Max at Servpro come out the next day and made it look brand new!! No new carpet expense for us at the moment. So excited.

We plan to have Max back soon to clean our air ducts and dryer vent!

ServPro did an amazing job, our church flooded in the baptistery area and in the front of the sanctuary. We contacted them and within an hour they were on the way. Great service and Robert Meeks was amazing and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely use them again!!!!!!!

The pack out team was amazing, funny, and all around a pleasure to be around. They were such hard workers.

We had a flood that created damage in our kitchen and our basement. It was a Saturday morning. We first call our insurance agent at State Farm. He recommended ServPro. We called and their team was out here with wet vacs, dehumidifiers, and fans in less than 2 hours. Mind you, we live way out in the country on Lake Tenkiller. The drive alone was a good part of that 2 hour time frame.

ServPro sent out a team starting with David, Robert Meeks, and Trevor. Throughout the drying and dehumidifying process we met a total of 5-6 of their employees. Manuel Meeks and a couple of other gentlemen would come out and check on the drying process and then eventual removal of their equipment.

They were ALL extremely polite and represented ServPro well. As a woman alone in the house when they came, I felt very safe.

I honestly did not expect to have this level of service. WOW! This team made a terrible situation better.

The two gentleman we had out did an outstanding job. They were exceedingly polite, and professional. They asked pertinent questions, showed me the extent of the cleaning, and finally, called an audible so that our plants wouldn’t be affected by the treatment. 10/10 I will call them anytime I have something they can help with.

Before moving here from Florida, Servpro Muskogee built my house and did an amazing job. Soon after move in, a line under my kitchen sink was knocked loose. They were out in very quickly to clean up and keep damage to minimal. THANKS

Jack and his crew were great! Our business flooded and they came in next day after getting the ok to move forward and started clean up immediately. We didn’t have to move anything they did it all. I had a flood and was needing help with cleanup, sheet rock removal, fans and dehumidification, servepro responded in a quick and timely manner and provided excellent service. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable and would recommend their services. This will be the second time i used them, once for a busted hot water tank and second for floos mitigation. They worked with my insurance and followed fema guidelines.
