Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to get some sponges to stuff in my sagging couch. Looks like the staff was not sure and ask me to check in some aisle. It wasn’t there. Anyways found it in Walmart. Looks like not the right place for the stuff which i was looking for. However they carry almost everything for your home indoor and outdoor improvements as well as grill, washing machines, cooking ranges, fridges, patio furnitures, power tools etc. i did roam around for a good 1 hour or so just checking out the items on display.

Clean store. Lots of variety for home improvement. Love all the plants, but wish the clearance prices were marked better.

This Lowe’s is our main home improvement store! Garden center is always beautiful.

I love coming to Lowe's I come here all the time the customer service is nice employees are nice and helpful. Jermaine is very nice and Randall Grove is very nice he always helps me with my shopping, helping me get exactly what I need and getting in and getting out very fast. Very nice people here!!

Wilbert from the paint department is one of a kind with his customers!!! We need more like him!!!

I go here to kill time during lunch sometimes walking around looking for marked down items. You can find a bargain if you look hard enough.

Got some items to help build my granddaughter a play house.

It's a great place to buy household supplies and garden items at such a reasonable price . It has a lot of polite staff members to assist you.
The motorized cart there is great for Handicapped individuals. It makes getting around the store so easy. Thank you Lowes !

Always have what I need , clean, nice people.

Even though I'm a Home Depot guy this Lowes to me has Great service and employee's that seem to be willing to help u find what your looking for just by telling them what the problem is or what your doing or good at answer your question on the product as far as if it's right for the project that your doing.

The man with long hair who is always in lumber is the best. He’s very sweet, but overworked and burned out. Hard to blame them for any lack of customer service when only one or two people are ever working. Clearly it’s an issue on management, but the staff seems to really try and are really helpful.

I went looking for a Black & Decker battery and charger. Two of their employees were helping me, one was off the clock and she still helped me.

Since my last post, this Lowes now has their stuff in order. I was actually approached by an employee asking if I needed any help. I sure did need it. Thanks, Lowes.

One of my Favorite places for home improvement.

The people were so knowledgeable and friendly here. I went there yesterday with a friend who is working on a home improvement project, and the associate who helped us had a wealth of knowledge about the project. She took us to everything that was needed, and explained why each thing was needed. Every place would benefit from having employees like her.

Went to buy a grill after the Lowes in Laurinburg, NC completely screwed up my online order (literally sent me 40% of a blackstone grill... didn't even have the griddle top in the box). Turns out the other Lowe's had sent an entirely different grill than the one I ordered. Was in and out the Florence David McLeod Boulevard store in 10 minutes. Awesome employee named Corey helped me with the grill. Easy experience, won't roll the dice online again

Nice store. I have been here a few times and am always impressed by the number of staff available for help.

Prices are always reasonable. Store is always clean. It's a good place.

Last time I was here I had two staff members waiting on me and took their time to make sure I got it right.

Parking lot is clean and accessible. Usually not hard to get a parking place.

Restrooms are always clean.

The place is busy as expected. Also had to return some items in the process was easy.

Ordered a robo vacuum on their website and showed it was in stock. Went to pick it up and was told the inventory was incorrect. The lady in customer service pick up went above and beyond to find it while I went to grab dinner. Great customer service.

To the gentle man that helped me pick out the proper products to fill the holes in my yard (digging dogs) thank you! (I didn’t catch his name but it was around 3:00 in the garden center)

The only negative is having to find a sales associate for assistance. The store is so big walking all over it to find someone to assist you isn't fun it also takes the urge to buy what you need away. Sometimes you just want to leave cause you're tired of looking for a person that can actually help.
